## 4. Information We Collect and Process

The information processed depends on how a User interacts with the Platform. Not every category described below applies to every User.

### 4.1 Wallet and Blockchain Information

When you connect a Wallet or interact with blockchain functionality, RugFreePump may process:

* Public Wallet addresses.
* Wallet connection and authentication information.
* Token mint and token account addresses.
* Blockchain transaction signatures.
* Public token balances and ownership information.
* Token creation and participation histories.
* Token purchase and withdrawal records.
* Token claim and allocation information.
* Liquidity migration records.
* Public blockchain timestamps.
* Smart-contract account information and events.
* Other relevant publicly accessible blockchain records.

Wallet addresses are generally pseudonymous, not necessarily anonymous.

A Wallet address may constitute Personal Data where it can be associated with an identifiable individual.

RugFreePump may associate Wallet addresses with Platform activity to provide transaction histories, Wallet profiles, token-sale statistics, and supported reward functionality.

### 4.2 Authentication and Session Information

To authenticate Users and maintain supported sessions, RugFreePump may process:

* Wallet addresses.
* Authentication messages.
* Cryptographic signatures.
* Authentication nonces.
* Authentication timestamps.
* Session identifiers.
* Session creation and expiration information.
* Signature verification results.
* Session validation and security records.
* Relevant access-control information.

This information supports Wallet ownership verification, authenticated access, session management, replay-attack prevention, and security.

**RugFreePump does not require Users to provide Wallet private keys or recovery phrases through its ordinary authentication process.**

Users must never provide private keys, recovery phrases, or other Wallet-recovery credentials through Platform forms, support communications, or purported administrative requests.

### 4.3 Legal Document Acknowledgment Records

RugFreePump uses a Wallet-based acknowledgment mechanism for three principal legal documents:

1. Terms of Service.
2. Privacy Policy.
3. Risk Disclosure.

The acknowledgment process may generate or retain:

* The User's Wallet address.
* The signed acknowledgment message.
* The cryptographic signature.
* A unique nonce.
* The acknowledgment timestamp.
* The Platform domain.
* The identified document types.
* Document version identifiers.
* Document publication timestamps.
* Document URLs.
* Cryptographic document checksums.
* Signature verification results.
* Associated security and verification records.

These records help verify which document versions were presented and acknowledged, prevent unauthorized reuse of acknowledgment challenges, and preserve evidence relevant to legal compliance, authentication, and disputes.

**A legal-document acknowledgment signature is not, by itself, a blockchain transaction transferring funds or tokens.**

Such acknowledgment also does not automatically authorize unrelated advertising, behavioral tracking, or other processing requiring separate consent.

### 4.4 Token Creation and Submitted Metadata

When a Creator uses the Platform, RugFreePump may process:

* Token name and symbol.
* Token description.
* Token image.
* Website URL.
* Telegram URL.
* X account URL.
* Selected token-sale model.
* Creator Wallet address.
* Token mint address.
* Token metadata URI.
* Applicable sale parameters.
* Creation timestamps.
* Associated transaction records.

Token metadata and images may be stored through IPFS-related infrastructure, referenced by blockchain records, or displayed through publicly accessible Platform interfaces.

Creators must ensure that submitted information is lawful and that they have the necessary rights to publish it.

**Do not include private, confidential, sensitive, or unnecessary Personal Data in token metadata, images, descriptions, or public links.**

Publicly distributed token information may be difficult or impossible to remove completely.

### 4.5 Transactions and Platform Activity

RugFreePump may process information relating to:

* Token purchases and contributions.
* Contribution amounts.
* Token allocations.
* Withdrawals and withdrawal amounts.

This information may originate from blockchain transactions, on-chain account state, smart-contract events, or Platform-generated operational records.

RugFreePump may maintain off-chain records derived from blockchain activity to support performance, indexing, Wallet profiles, analytics, reconciliation, and other Platform functionality.

Disconnecting a Wallet does not erase completed blockchain transactions or necessarily remove related operational records.

### 4.6 Technical, Browser, Device, and Network Information

When Users access the Platform, RugFreePump and relevant infrastructure providers may process technical information, including:

* Internet Protocol (IP) addresses.
* Browser type and version.
* Device type.

### 9.2 Permanence and Replication

Blockchain records may be maintained across independent validators, archival systems, explorers, and indexing services.

**RugFreePump cannot guarantee deletion, alteration, or concealment of information recorded on the Solana blockchain.**

Removing information from RugFreePump's database or website does not erase the corresponding blockchain transaction.

### 9.3 Wallet Identifiability

A Wallet address does not necessarily identify a person by name.

However, public transaction histories, external information, blockchain analysis, and voluntary disclosure may allow Wallet activity to be associated with an identifiable individual.

Users should not assume blockchain transactions are anonymous.

### 9.4 Independent Blockchain Analysis

Third parties may independently analyze public blockchain information for transaction monitoring, research, market analysis, security investigations, compliance purposes, or other activities.

RugFreePump does not control every independent use of publicly accessible blockchain data.

### 9.5 On-Chain and Off-Chain Information

RugFreePump may maintain off-chain records derived from blockchain activity.

Where legally appropriate and technically feasible, RugFreePump may correct, restrict, or delete relevant off-chain information under its control.

Such action does not necessarily modify the underlying blockchain records.

## 10. Token Metadata and Decentralized Storage

### 10.1 Public Token Information

Creators may submit token names, symbols, descriptions, images, website links, and social-media links.

This information may be published through:

* Public Platform interfaces.
* Token metadata services.
* Blockchain metadata references.
* IPFS-related storage.
* Public gateways.
* Content-delivery systems.
* Independent third-party services.

### 10.2 Uploads Before Transaction Completion

Token creation may involve uploading an image or metadata before the associated blockchain transaction is signed or confirmed.

If a token-creation attempt is abandoned or fails, uploaded information may remain in storage infrastructure.

RugFreePump may attempt cleanup of relevant information under its control, but successful removal is not guaranteed in every circumstance.

### 10.3 Decentralized Storage Limitations

Information distributed through IPFS-related services or referenced by public blockchain records may remain available through independent gateways, caches, archives, nodes, or other third-party systems.

Removing a file from infrastructure managed by RugFreePump does not guarantee removal of independently retained copies.

Removing or suppressing Creator-submitted token information from RugFreePump-controlled database records or public interfaces does not necessarily alter the original token metadata, on-chain references, or copies retained by independent services.

### 10.4 Personal Information in Creator-Submitted Content

Creators should avoid including Personal Data, confidential information, or information relating to other individuals in publicly accessible token metadata unless they have a lawful basis and appropriate authorization to publish it.

Private keys, recovery phrases, and other confidential Wallet credentials must not be submitted through token metadata or support communications.

Information distributed through blockchain or decentralized storage systems may remain publicly accessible even after removal from RugFreePump-controlled services.

### 10.5 Privacy-Related Removal Requests

Individuals may request correction, removal, or restriction of Personal Data from interfaces or infrastructure controlled by RugFreePump, subject to applicable law and technical limitations.

RugFreePump may assess and act on such requests where appropriate, but cannot guarantee removal from public blockchain records, decentralized storage networks, or independently retained copies.

RugFreePump operates administrative content-moderation controls that allow it to independently remove any combination of Creator-submitted token names (`name`), symbols (`symbol`), images (`image_url`), descriptions (`description`), website URLs (`website`), X account URLs (`twitter`), and Telegram URLs (`telegram`) from its Platform-controlled database and public displays, including in response to privacy, intellectual-property, impersonation, fraud, security, or other relevant concerns, subject to applicable law. Selected database fields are set to `NULL`; Platform interfaces display **Not Available** for removed token names or symbols, a neutral placeholder icon for removed token images, and hide removed descriptions or external links. These measures may concern content that is not Personal Data. They do not necessarily remove corresponding information from blockchain records, original metadata files, decentralized storage, or independent copies, and do not, by themselves, change token ownership, on-chain sale status, transaction records, or claim entitlements.

Copyright and trademark complaints are addressed under the separately published Copyright Policy and Trademark Guidelines, as applicable.

## 11. Wallet Profiles, Histories, and Rankings

RugFreePump may maintain Wallet-related profiles and transaction histories derived from Platform activity.

These may include:

* Token sales participated in by a Wallet.
* Purchase and withdrawal histories.
* Contribution statistics.
* Transaction counts.
* Token-sale participation records.
* Relevant reward information.
* Other supported Wallet-related metrics.

Wallet profiles may use public Wallet addresses rather than conventional usernames or identity-based accounts.

### 11.1 Public Display

Certain Wallet-related information may be displayed publicly where derived from public blockchain records or otherwise lawfully published through the Platform.

### 11.2 Featured and Trending Information

RugFreePump may calculate featured token lists, trending rankings, and other discovery metrics using transaction activity, token-sale participation, timing, and relevant operational information.

### 16.5 Objection

You may have the right to object to certain processing activities, including processing based on legitimate interests, where applicable law provides that right.

### 16.6 Data Portability

Where applicable, you may have the right to receive certain Personal Data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.

### 16.7 Withdrawal of Consent

Where processing is based on consent, you may have the right to withdraw that consent.

Withdrawal does not automatically reverse blockchain transactions or remove public blockchain records.

### 16.8 Automated Decision-Making

Where applicable law provides rights concerning qualifying automated decision-making or profiling, those rights may be exercised in relation to relevant processing.

### 16.9 Complaints

Where applicable, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data-protection authority or seek other legally available remedies.

### 16.10 Other Applicable Rights

Additional rights may apply depending on the laws governing the relevant processing.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to waive rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

## 17. Exercising Privacy Rights

Users may submit privacy inquiries or requests to:

**Email:** [legal@rugfreepump.com](mailto:legal@rugfreepump.com)

Requests should identify the relevant information and explain the action requested.

RugFreePump may request reasonable verification before disclosing, modifying, restricting, or deleting information.

### 17.1 Wallet Ownership Verification

For Wallet-associated records, RugFreePump may require evidence that the requester controls the relevant Wallet or is otherwise authorized to act.

Verification may involve a suitable Wallet-signature process or another reasonable method.

**Never provide private keys or recovery phrases to verify Wallet ownership.**

### 17.2 Request Handling

RugFreePump will assess privacy requests according to applicable law, the nature of the information, and the technical limitations of the relevant systems.

Responses will be provided within applicable legal deadlines.

Where a request cannot be fulfilled in whole or in part, RugFreePump may explain the relevant limitation or reason for refusal, as appropriate.

### 17.3 Public Blockchain Records

Requests to delete or modify blockchain information may be technically impossible to fulfill where records are maintained on an immutable public ledger.

RugFreePump may nevertheless assess whether related off-chain information under its control can be corrected, restricted, or deleted.

### 17.4 Public Token Metadata

Requests concerning publicly distributed token metadata may be limited by independent storage, caching, and replication.

Removing content from RugFreePump-controlled interfaces does not guarantee removal from independent third-party systems.

## 18. Children's Privacy

RugFreePump is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

The Terms of Service require Users to be at least 18 years old and to have reached the age of legal majority applicable to them.

RugFreePump does not knowingly solicit Personal Data from children for ordinary Platform participation.

If RugFreePump becomes aware that Personal Data has been collected from a child in circumstances prohibited by applicable law, appropriate action may be taken concerning information under its control.

Such action may include restricting access or deleting relevant off-chain information where legally and technically appropriate.

RugFreePump cannot guarantee deletion of information already recorded on public blockchains or independently replicated decentralized storage systems.

Parents or guardians with relevant concerns may contact [legal@rugfreepump.com](mailto:legal@rugfreepump.com)

RugFreePump does not control every aspect of these services.

### 19.3 Creator-Submitted Links

Creators may submit links to websites, Telegram channels, X accounts, and other external resources.

These independent destinations may collect or process information under their own privacy practices, which RugFreePump does not control.

### 19.4 Independent Privacy Practices

Third-Party Services may apply their own privacy policies, retention practices, security arrangements, and legal requirements.

Users should review those practices where appropriate.

## 20. User Responsibilities and Local Laws

Users are responsible for determining whether accessing or using RugFreePump is lawful under the laws applicable to them.

RugFreePump does not represent that the Platform is legally available, authorized, or suitable for use in every country or territory.

Users should also exercise appropriate care when submitting information or interacting with blockchain-based services.

In particular, Users should:

1. Protect Wallet private keys and recovery phrases.
2. Carefully review Wallet-signature and transaction requests.
3. Avoid submitting unnecessary Personal Data in public token metadata.
4. Avoid publishing confidential information through blockchain transactions.
5. Verify external websites and social media links.
6. Understand the public nature of Wallet transaction histories.
7. Protect devices and authenticated browser sessions.
8. Avoid disclosing sensitive information through support communications.
9. Review relevant third-party privacy practices.
10. Understand that public blockchain records may be permanent.

**User responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws does not eliminate privacy or data-protection obligations independently imposed on RugFreePump by law.**

## 21. Service Communications and Announcements

RugFreePump may publish communications concerning:

* Platform maintenance.
* Security incidents.
* Technical changes.
* Service availability.
* Legal-document updates.
* Platform functionality.
* Other relevant operational matters.

Communications may be displayed through the Platform website or published through official communication channels.

### 21.1 Announcement-View Functionality

The Platform may use a persistent functional visitor identifier to manage announcement-view status.

This helps determine whether a browser has previously viewed or acknowledged particular announcements.

The identifier may persist across browser sessions according to the applicable storage configuration.

### 21.2 Service-Related Communications

Where RugFreePump has appropriate contact information and a lawful basis, it may communicate with Users regarding relevant service, security, support, or legal matters.

### 21.3 Marketing Communications

If RugFreePump introduces direct electronic marketing requiring consent under applicable law, the necessary consent and withdrawal or opt-out mechanisms will be provided.

Acknowledgment of this Privacy Policy alone does not authorize unrelated direct marketing where separate consent is required.

## 22. Changes to This Privacy Policy

RugFreePump may update this Policy to reflect changes in:

* Platform functionality.
* Data-processing practices.
* Authentication mechanisms.
* Legal-document acknowledgment functionality.
* Technical infrastructure.

Material changes may be communicated through the Platform website, official announcements, or other appropriate channels.

Where applicable law requires specific notice or renewed consent, those requirements apply.

### 22.2 Wallet-Based Reacknowledgment

The Platform may require Users to acknowledge updated Privacy Policy versions through its Wallet-based legal-document acknowledgment mechanism.

Previously acknowledged versions and associated verification records may be retained for lawful verification, compliance, or dispute-resolution purposes.

### 22.3 Continued Use

Continued use of the Platform after publication of an updated Policy may be relevant to acknowledgment of the updated notice, subject to applicable law.

**Continued use does not replace affirmative consent where such consent is legally required.**

### 22.4 Earlier Processing

Updates to this Policy do not automatically reverse completed blockchain transactions or eliminate rights relating to earlier processing.

## 23. Relationship With Other Legal Documents

This Privacy Policy is one of the three principal documents presented through RugFreePump's Wallet-based legal-document acknowledgment process:

1. Terms of Service.
2. Privacy Policy.
3. Risk Disclosure.

The Terms of Service establish the principal conditions for accessing and using the Platform.

This Privacy Policy describes information collection, use, disclosure, retention, and other processing.

The Risk Disclosure addresses material financial, technical, operational, and blockchain-related risks.

Separately published documents, including the Copyright Policy and Trademark Guidelines, address their respective subjects and are not part of the three-document Wallet-signed acknowledgment bundle.

### 23.1 Consistent Interpretation

This Policy should be interpreted consistently with the Terms of Service wherever reasonably possible.

Where a provision conflicts with mandatory privacy or data-protection requirements, applicable mandatory law takes precedence.

### 23.2 Blockchain Limitations

Blockchain transactions and public records are governed by the technical operation of the relevant network and smart contracts.

Nothing in this Policy implies that RugFreePump can arbitrarily reverse, delete, or modify immutable blockchain records.

### 23.3 No Exclusive Governing Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy does not designate an exclusive governing jurisdiction, governing law, or dispute-resolution forum.

Users are responsible for determining whether their access to and use of the Platform complies with laws applicable to them.

The absence of an exclusive governing-law provision does not exclude mandatory laws, privacy rights, or legal obligations that apply independently.

### 23.4 Mandatory Protections

Nothing in this Policy excludes or restricts privacy rights, statutory protections, regulatory remedies, or legal obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.

When contacting RugFreePump, Users should provide enough information to identify the relevant issue without unnecessarily disclosing sensitive information.

RugFreePump may request reasonable identity or Wallet-ownership verification where necessary to protect information against unauthorized disclosure or modification.

Additional contact, identification, representative, or regulatory information may be provided where required by applicable law.

Users may also have the right to contact a competent data-protection authority or pursue other remedies available under applicable law.

**RugFreePump remains responsible for applicable data-protection obligations concerning information processed under its control, notwithstanding the public, decentralized, or technically irreversible nature of certain blockchain-related activities.**
