# Terms of Service

> RugFreePump Terms of Service

**Last Updated: October 14, 2026**

**Version: 1.0**

> **Important Risk Warning:** Digital assets can lose some or all of their value. A successful purchase does not guarantee that tokens can immediately be claimed or traded. Liquidity migration, smart-contract operations, and third-party infrastructure may fail. RugFreePump uses upgradeable smart contracts and currently has concentrated administrative authority. Read the Risk Disclosure before participating.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RugFreePump, including the website at [https://rugfreepump.com](https://rugfreepump.com), its interfaces, smart-contract interactions, token-creation services, bonding-curve token sales, liquidity migration functionality, token-claiming functionality, and related features (collectively, the "Platform").

**Please read these Terms carefully before connecting a wallet, creating a token, participating in a token sale, or otherwise using the Platform.**

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with the provisions applicable to your activities. Where the Platform requires wallet-based acceptance, signing the consent message constitutes your electronic acknowledgment of the identified document versions, subject to applicable law.

If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

## 1. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

* **"RugFreePump," "we," "us," or "our"** means the person operating the RugFreePump Platform and, where the context requires, the Platform itself. The use of a project name does not represent that RugFreePump is an incorporated entity.

* **"Creator"** means a User who creates or launches a token sale through the Platform.
* **"Buyer"** means a User who purchases tokens through a bonding-curve sale.
* **"Wallet"** means a blockchain-compatible digital wallet used to authenticate and authorize transactions.
* **"Token"** means a digital asset created or distributed through the Platform.
* **"Token Sale"** means a token distribution conducted through the Platform's bonding-curve smart contracts.
* **"TU"** means the Token Unlocked sale model.
* **"TL"** means the Token Locked sale model.
* **"Liquidity Migration"** means the process of transferring designated token and SOL liquidity from a finalized bonding-curve sale into a supported decentralized exchange liquidity pool.
* **"Smart Contracts"** means the blockchain programs used to implement Platform functionality.
* **"Network"** means the Solana blockchain and its associated infrastructure.
* **"Third-Party Services"** means independent services, protocols, wallets, infrastructure providers, or applications integrated with or accessible through the Platform.

## 2. Nature of the Platform

RugFreePump is a blockchain-based token launch and distribution platform operating through the Solana network.

The Platform provides functionality for:

* Creating tokens and associated bonding-curve sales.
* Selecting supported token sale models.
* Purchasing tokens during active sales.
* Processing withdrawals when permitted by the applicable smart-contract conditions.
* Finalizing eligible token sales.
* Migrating eligible liquidity to supported decentralized exchange infrastructure.
* Claiming purchased tokens following successful liquidity migration.
* Viewing token-sale information, blockchain transactions, and Platform statistics.
* Accessing other supported functionality, including applicable incentive or reward programs.

RugFreePump provides technical infrastructure and interfaces for interacting with blockchain-based systems.

**RugFreePump does not provide banking, brokerage, investment-advisory, or custodial services through the described Platform functionality and does not guarantee token value. Legal characterization of any activity depends on applicable law, not merely this description.**

The availability of any Platform feature does not mean that a token, Creator, transaction, or project has been approved, endorsed, verified, or determined to be lawful or financially suitable.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes personalized investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.

## 3. Eligibility and Legal Compliance

You may use the Platform only if all the following conditions are satisfied:

1. You must be at least **18 years old**, have reached the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If the applicable age of legal majority is higher than 18, you must meet that higher age requirement.
2. Your access to and use of the Platform are lawful in your jurisdiction.
3. You are not prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law, regulation, sanction, court order, or other legally binding restriction.
4. You are legally permitted to hold, transfer, acquire, and interact with the relevant digital assets.
5. You comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, reporting, and tax obligations arising from your activities.

**The Platform's technical accessibility from a particular location does not constitute a representation that its services are lawful in that location.**

Users are responsible for determining whether their activities are permitted under the laws applicable to them.

You must not use the Platform if your jurisdiction prohibits the relevant activities.

RugFreePump may restrict access to the Platform or particular features where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, or operational reasons.

## 4. Wallet Connection and Account Security

### 4.1 Wallet-Based Access

The Platform uses supported blockchain wallets for authentication and transaction authorization.

Depending on the feature, Users may be required to:

* Connect a compatible wallet.
* Sign an authentication message.
* Establish an authenticated session.
* Accept the applicable legal documents.
* Sign and submit blockchain transactions.

Connecting a wallet does not transfer ownership of its assets to RugFreePump.

### 4.2 Self-Custody

Users remain responsible for their wallets, private keys, recovery phrases, authentication credentials, and transaction approvals. RugFreePump does not hold User private keys or recovery phrases as part of its ordinary wallet-connection flow.

RugFreePump does not require Users to disclose their private keys or recovery phrases.

You must never disclose such information to anyone claiming to represent RugFreePump.

### 4.3 Transaction Authorization

Blockchain transactions generally require authorization through the User's wallet.

You are responsible for reviewing transaction details before signing.

A signed transaction may authorize the movement of digital assets, payment of fees, creation of blockchain accounts, or execution of other smart-contract instructions.

### 4.4 Unauthorized Access

You must promptly discontinue affected sessions and take appropriate wallet-security measures if you suspect that your wallet or credentials have been compromised.

RugFreePump cannot guarantee recovery of assets transferred through compromised wallets or unauthorized blockchain transactions.

## 5. Electronic Agreements and Wallet-Based Consent

RugFreePump uses a wallet-based consent mechanism for accepting its principal legal documents.

These documents include:

1. Terms of Service.
2. Privacy Policy.
3. Risk Disclosure.

When prompted, a User may be required to sign a consent message containing information such as:

* The Platform domain.
* The User's wallet address.
* A unique nonce.
* A timestamp.
* The applicable document types.
* Document versions.
* Publication timestamps.
* Document URLs.
* Cryptographic document checksums.

The Platform may retain the signed message, signature, document metadata, and associated verification records as evidence of consent.

**A wallet-based consent signature is distinct from a blockchain transaction that transfers funds or tokens.**

By completing the consent process, you indicate your acceptance of the identified versions of the applicable documents.

RugFreePump requires acceptance of the current versions when its consent controls determine that a User has not accepted them. New document versions may require a new wallet signature before protected features can be used.

Users who decline required consent cannot use features for which the Platform enforces that consent, including supported financial operations. Access to independent blockchain programs through third-party interfaces may be technically possible and is outside the Platform website's access controls.

Electronic consent is subject to applicable laws concerning electronic records, signatures, and agreements.

## 6. Token Creation and Creator Responsibilities

### 6.1 Token Creation

Eligible Users may create tokens and initiate bonding-curve sales using the Platform's supported token-creation functionality.

Creators may submit information including:

* Token name.
* Token symbol.
* Token description.
* Token image.
* Website.
* Telegram link.
* X account link.
* Token sale model.
* Applicable initial purchase amount or other supported creation parameters.

Token-creation transactions may involve Platform fees, network fees, and other blockchain costs. A token-creation attempt may upload an image and metadata before the blockchain transaction is signed or confirmed. If creation is abandoned or fails, the Platform may attempt to clean up uploaded files from its managed storage. Such cleanup is not guaranteed to succeed or remove copies from independent IPFS gateways, caches, or third-party systems. A failed on-chain transaction does not itself mean that a Platform creation fee was successfully collected; the actual transaction and on-chain records determine whether a fee was charged.

### 6.2 Creator Representations

By creating a token, you represent and warrant that:

1. You have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the token's name, image, description, and associated content.
2. Your content does not unlawfully infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
3. Your token and associated promotional activities comply with applicable laws.
4. Your submissions are not intentionally false, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.
5. You will not impersonate another individual, organization, project, or brand.
6. You will not use the Platform to facilitate prohibited or unlawful activities.

### 6.3 No Endorsement or Verification

RugFreePump does not guarantee the identity, credibility, financial condition, legitimacy, or intentions of a Creator.

The creation, display, ranking, trending status, or featuring of a token does not constitute approval, independent verification, an investment recommendation, or endorsement by RugFreePump. Rankings and analytics may be derived from automated on-chain or off-chain data and can be incomplete, delayed, or manipulated by third parties.

Users must independently assess each token and its associated risks. RugFreePump does not guarantee that token metadata, external links, images, or Creator statements are accurate, safe, or current.

### 6.4 Creator Responsibility for Communications

Creators are responsible for their own statements, promotional materials, representations, promises, and communications concerning their tokens.

Creators must not imply that RugFreePump guarantees token performance, liquidity, price appreciation, profitability, or legal compliance.

### 6.5 Publication, Storage, and Removal of Token Metadata

Token images and metadata may be uploaded to public or publicly accessible storage infrastructure, including IPFS-related services and content-delivery systems.

Once information has been published or referenced by a blockchain transaction, it may remain accessible through independent gateways, caches, archives, nodes, or third-party services.

RugFreePump can selectively remove or suppress any combination of the seven Creator-submitted metadata fields maintained in its Platform database: token name (`name`), token symbol (`symbol`), token image reference (`image_url`), token description (`description`), website link (`website`), X link (`twitter`), and Telegram link (`telegram`). When a field is removed, its Platform database value is set to `NULL`. Platform interfaces display **Not Available** for a removed token name or symbol, a neutral placeholder icon for a removed token image, and hide removed descriptions or external links. RugFreePump may exercise these controls in response to intellectual-property complaints, impersonation, fraudulent or misleading information, malicious links, privacy concerns, or other applicable violations, subject to applicable law. These off-chain changes do not modify the original token metadata, on-chain records, publicly distributed metadata, or independently retained copies. RugFreePump cannot guarantee complete deletion from decentralized networks or independent systems.

## 7. Bonding-Curve Token Sales

### 7.1 General Operation

RugFreePump uses smart-contract-based bonding-curve mechanisms to facilitate token sales.

Token pricing and allocations are determined by the applicable on-chain logic and transaction state.

The amount of tokens attributable to a purchase may depend on factors including:

* The current bonding-curve state.
* Previously executed purchases.
* The transaction amount.
* Applicable fees.
* Oracle pricing data.
* Slippage settings.
* Network execution order.

Displayed estimates may differ from the final result of an executed transaction.

### 7.2 Sale Parameters

Token sales are subject to parameters established by the applicable smart contracts and Platform configuration.

These may include:

* Token supply allocation.
* Maximum fundraising limits.
* Minimum purchase amounts.
* Sale duration.
* Finalization conditions.
* Supported withdrawal conditions.
* Token sale model.
* Liquidity migration requirements.
* Token unlock schedules.

Certain settings may be configurable through authorized administrative instructions.

Users should review the relevant sale information and applicable on-chain state before participating. A Creator cannot unilaterally guarantee that a sale will finalize or migrate, and sale completion does not itself guarantee that Buyers can immediately claim or trade their tokens.

### 7.3 Purchase Transactions

By purchasing tokens, a Buyer authorizes the applicable blockchain transaction and accepts the associated smart-contract conditions.

A purchase may fail or be rejected due to:

* Insufficient wallet balance.
* Slippage restrictions.
* Changes in bonding-curve state.
* Sale expiration or finalization.
* Network congestion.
* Oracle unavailability or stale pricing.
* Smart-contract restrictions.
* Maintenance conditions.
* Other technical or blockchain-related circumstances.

A submitted transaction is not guaranteed to execute successfully. Transactions may be submitted, reordered, delayed, rejected, or executed at different market conditions due to blockchain and third-party infrastructure. Users should independently verify transaction status and balances on-chain rather than relying exclusively on interface notifications.

### 7.4 No Guaranteed Return

Purchasing tokens involves substantial financial risk.

RugFreePump does not guarantee:

* Token appreciation.
* A minimum resale value.
* Secondary-market demand.
* Profitability.
* Liquidity availability.
* Successful liquidity migration.
* Successful execution of every transaction.
* Recovery of all amounts spent.

Users must evaluate their own ability to bear potential losses.

## 8. Token Sale Models: TU and TL

RugFreePump supports two token sale models.

### 8.1 TU — Token Unlocked

Under the TU model, purchased tokens become eligible for claiming in accordance with the applicable smart-contract conditions after successful liquidity migration.

A successful purchase does not necessarily mean that tokens are immediately transferable to the Buyer's wallet.

Token claiming may require a separate blockchain transaction.

### 8.2 TL — Token Locked

Under the TL model, purchased tokens are subject to a scheduled unlocking mechanism.

The unlock schedule is associated with the relevant token sale and is governed by its recorded smart-contract parameters.

Depending on the sale configuration, these parameters include:

* The interval between unlock cycles.
* The total number of unlock cycles.
* The unlock schedule's starting timestamp.

For the current implemented TL model, the unlock schedule begins when liquidity migration is successfully finalized, not when the Buyer makes a purchase. Unlock intervals and cycle counts are sale-specific on-chain parameters.

Claimable amounts depend on elapsed unlock cycles, previously claimed allocations, and the smart contract's calculation rules.

### 8.3 Schedule Variations

**Users must not assume that all TL token sales have identical unlock schedules.**

Administrative defaults may change, while an individual sale may retain the parameters recorded for that sale.

Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable sale-specific unlock terms.

### 8.4 Claiming Is Not Automatic

Eligible token allocations may require Users to initiate a claim transaction.

Claim transactions may incur network costs and may be affected by maintenance, blockchain availability, or smart-contract conditions.

RugFreePump does not guarantee that every claim will execute at a particular time.

## 9. Sale Expiration, Withdrawals, and Refund Conditions

### 9.1 Sale Expiration

A token sale may expire if its applicable completion conditions are not satisfied within the required period.

Expiration and subsequent withdrawal eligibility are determined by the relevant smart-contract state and conditions.

### 9.2 Eligible Withdrawals

The Platform provides withdrawal functionality for certain sale states, including applicable expired or administratively canceled sales.

Withdrawals are not unrestricted redemptions.

A User may withdraw only where the smart contract permits the operation and the relevant refundable balance exists.

### 9.3 Refund Calculation and Non-Refundable Fees

Where permitted, withdrawal amounts are calculated using the applicable smart-contract accounting and recorded contributions. The current withdrawal mechanism does not deduct an additional RugFreePump protocol withdrawal fee. This does not mean that fees previously collected during token creation or purchases are returned.

**An eligible withdrawal returns only the amount refundable under the applicable on-chain accounting. It does not reverse the original purchase or refund Platform fees already collected.**

In particular, **Platform fees actually charged and collected in connection with token creation or token purchases are non-refundable merely because a sale expires, is canceled, does not finalize, cannot migrate, is subject to emergency intervention, or otherwise does not produce the outcome a User expected.** This includes fees deducted from a purchase before its net contribution is recorded. Any withdrawal of that net contribution does not include those previously collected fees.

Network transaction fees, priority fees, token-account costs, and independent third-party charges are also not reimbursed by RugFreePump as part of an ordinary smart-contract withdrawal. Fees or amounts not actually collected are not treated as collected fees. These provisions are subject to any refund or other remedy expressly required by applicable law or provided by the applicable smart-contract mechanism.

### 9.4 No General Right to Reverse Blockchain Transactions

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once finalized.

RugFreePump cannot arbitrarily reverse completed network transactions or restore assets transferred outside the applicable smart-contract recovery mechanisms.

### 9.5 Finalized and Migrated Sales

Once a sale has reached particular finalization or migration states, ordinary withdrawal rights may no longer be available.

Any exceptional cancellation or recovery mechanism is subject to its own authorization requirements and on-chain conditions.

Users must not assume that all token purchases can be refunded.

## 10. Liquidity Migration

### 10.1 Migration Process

When a token sale satisfies the applicable finalization conditions, the Platform supports a liquidity migration transaction to Raydium CPMM under the program's specified conditions. The existence of that mechanism does not guarantee successful execution.

The migration mechanism may involve:

* Allocating designated tokens to liquidity.
* Converting or wrapping SOL as required.
* Initializing a supported liquidity pool.
* Transferring the designated assets into that pool.
* Processing applicable fees and incentives.
* Handling liquidity-provider tokens in accordance with the smart-contract implementation.

### 10.2 Migration Conditions

Liquidity migration is subject to technical, authorization, timing, and smart-contract conditions.

These may include:

* Successful sale finalization.
* Completion of an applicable migration lock period.
* Availability of the required decentralized exchange infrastructure.
* Required transaction authorization.
* Applicable administrative settings.
* Absence of conflicting recovery or cancellation states.

### 10.3 Migration Is Not Guaranteed

A finalized sale does not guarantee that migration will occur immediately or successfully.

Migration may fail or be delayed because of:

* Blockchain congestion.
* Transaction failures.
* Third-party protocol changes.
* Preexisting or conflicting liquidity pools.
* Incompatible external protocol state.
* Insufficient required resources.
* Smart-contract errors.
* Administrative restrictions.
* Other unforeseen technical conditions.

### 10.4 Third-Party Liquidity Pools

Following successful migration, trading activity may occur through independent decentralized exchange protocols.

RugFreePump does not control every aspect of third-party liquidity pools, trading interfaces, market prices, or transaction execution.

### 10.5 Liquidity-Provider Tokens

Where the applicable migration implementation burns liquidity-provider tokens, that action is intended to prevent ordinary redemption of the corresponding liquidity position using those burned tokens.

**Burning liquidity-provider tokens does not guarantee a stable market, permanent trading availability, freedom from exploits, or protection against financial loss.**

## 11. Fees and Transaction Costs

Using RugFreePump may involve several categories of fees and costs.

These may include:

* Token-creation fees.
* Token-purchase fees.
* Applicable sale-completion fees.
* Decentralized exchange pool-creation costs.
* Solana network transaction fees.
* Priority fees.
* Token-account creation costs.
* Third-party protocol fees.
* Other fees expressly disclosed by the applicable transaction or Platform configuration.

Certain Platform fees and settings may be updated through authorized administrative controls. Current fee amounts should be confirmed against the applicable on-chain state and published fee documentation at the time of the transaction.

The applicable on-chain configuration and executed transaction determine the actual amounts charged by the smart contract.

### 11.1 Fee Disclosure

Users should review the applicable fee information before authorizing transactions.

Displayed fee estimates may depend on SOL/USD pricing, blockchain conditions, or current administrative settings.

### 11.2 Network Fees

Network transaction fees are separate from Platform fees.

They may be charged even where a transaction fails after submission, depending on network behavior.

### 11.3 Non-Refundable Platform Fees

**All Platform fees actually charged and successfully collected through the applicable smart-contract transaction are non-refundable, except where the applicable smart contract expressly provides otherwise or applicable law requires a refund or other remedy.** This applies independently of whether a token sale later expires, is canceled, fails to finalize, fails to migrate, enters an emergency recovery process, or otherwise does not achieve its intended outcome.

In particular:

* A **token-creation fee** collected on a successfully executed creation transaction is not refunded because the created sale subsequently expires, is canceled, or fails to migrate.
* A **purchase fee** collected when a buy transaction succeeds is not included in a later withdrawal of the Buyer's refundable contribution. An expired or canceled sale does not reverse the original purchase fee.
* Any **sale-completion fee** is assessed only if and when the applicable on-chain conditions for that fee are met; where collected, it is not automatically reversible because a later migration or other operation fails.
* **DEX pool-creation charges, network fees, priority fees, rent or account-creation expenses, and independent third-party charges** are distinct from Platform fees and are not ordinarily reimbursed by RugFreePump.

A transaction that fails before a Platform fee is collected does not create a non-refundable Platform fee merely because it was attempted. On-chain transaction records determine what was actually charged. This section does not waive statutory refund, restitution, or consumer-protection rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

### 11.4 Refunds Are Different From Platform Fees

A smart-contract withdrawal, if available, is a limited return of a Buyer's eligible contribution according to on-chain rules, **not a refund of every amount the Buyer spent**. Creators and Buyers must account for the possibility that their paid Platform fees and network costs will not be recovered even if the sale does not complete. The Platform does not guarantee that a refund transaction will succeed in all circumstances. No general refund is available solely because a token falls in market value, lacks buyers, becomes illiquid, or fails to meet a User's expectations.

### 11.5 Fee Changes

RugFreePump may modify configurable fees through authorized procedures.

Changes do not necessarily alter transactions that have already been finalized on-chain.

Users are responsible for reviewing current fees before executing new transactions.

## 12. Administrative Authority and Platform Controls

### 12.1 Upgradeable Smart Contracts

The RugFreePump on-chain program is upgradeable.

Authorized parties may be able to deploy program updates that modify supported functionality, subject to the relevant blockchain authority controls.

**Users must not assume that the program's code is permanently immutable.**

### 12.2 Centralized Administrative Authority

Certain important Platform functions are controlled by designated administrative authorities.

At the time of this version, a single operator controls the relevant administrative and upgrade authorities; a multisignature governance arrangement has not been implemented. Users should assess the resulting concentration-of-control and key-compromise risks.

The concentration of administrative authority introduces operational, security, and governance risks, including the possibility of mistakes, unavailable personnel, malicious conduct, or compromise of authority credentials. No statement in these Terms should be interpreted as a guarantee that administrative privileges will always be exercised correctly or in Users' interests.

### 12.3 Administrative Capabilities

Subject to the applicable on-chain implementation, administrative capabilities may include:

* Enabling or disabling Platform maintenance mode.
* Enabling or disabling new token creation.
* Enabling or disabling specific token sale models for new token creation.
* Updating configurable Platform fees.
* Updating certain sale-model parameters.
* Managing liquidity migration controls.
* Performing authorized emergency cancellation operations.
* Activating or managing certain finalized-sale recovery mechanisms.
* Updating or transferring designated administrative authorities.
* Upgrading the on-chain program.

The existence of a capability does not mean it can be exercised without satisfying its programmed authorization and state conditions.

### 12.4 Maintenance and Restrictions

RugFreePump may temporarily restrict supported operations for maintenance, security, technical incidents, or legal compliance.

Such restrictions may prevent Users from initiating particular actions through the Platform.

Maintenance controls may also affect the execution of applicable on-chain instructions.

### 12.5 No Guarantee of Administrative Intervention

RugFreePump does not guarantee that an administrator will intervene, cancel a sale, recover assets, complete migration, or resolve every technical issue.

Administrative recovery mechanisms may be unavailable, unsuitable, or unsuccessful in particular circumstances.

## 13. Emergency Cancellation and Recovery

Certain exceptional circumstances may permit authorized administrative intervention under the smart contracts.

These mechanisms may include emergency cancellation of eligible finalized sales and recovery procedures for qualifying sale states.

Such actions are subject to specific on-chain requirements.

Users acknowledge that:

1. Emergency actions may change the expected lifecycle of a sale.
2. Recovery procedures are not available for every sale or failure.
3. An emergency cancellation may affect migration eligibility and withdrawal rights.
4. Successful recovery of all assets is not guaranteed.
5. Authorized interventions may require additional transactions, operational coordination, or time.

The operator may determine whether to attempt an authorized intervention, subject to applicable law and smart-contract restrictions. An intervention cannot be assumed to restore the economic position a User expected before the incident.

Nothing in these Terms creates an unconditional obligation to recover assets or reverse market losses.

## 14. Creator Incentives and Platform Rewards

RugFreePump may offer creator incentives, User rewards, or other promotional or participation-related benefits.

Such programs may be subject to:

* Eligibility criteria.
* Applicable blockchain state.
* Program configuration.
* Snapshot or calculation rules.
* Available reward allocations.
* Distribution schedules.
* Fraud-prevention controls.
* Applicable laws.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, rewards are not guaranteed and do not constitute a promise of future income.

RugFreePump may modify, suspend, or discontinue discretionary reward programs where permitted by law.

Already executed on-chain distributions remain subject to the relevant blockchain rules.

## 15. User-Generated Content and Intellectual Property

### 15.1 User Content

Creators retain whatever rights they lawfully hold in content they submit.

By submitting token metadata, images, descriptions, or other content, you grant RugFreePump a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license, for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Platform and subject to applicable law, to host, store, reproduce, process, resize, distribute, display, and make that content available through Platform services, including token discovery and ordinary service-related promotion. This does not authorize unrelated advertising uses of personal information.

This license does not transfer ownership of your intellectual property to RugFreePump.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

### 15.2 Prohibited Content

You must not submit content that:

* Infringes intellectual property rights.
* Impersonates another person or organization.
* Contains fraudulent or materially deceptive representations.
* Violates applicable law.
* Distributes malicious software or harmful links.
* Unlawfully exposes another person's private information.
* Promotes illegal activity.
* Otherwise violates these Terms.

### 15.3 Content Moderation

RugFreePump can selectively remove or suppress any combination of the seven Creator-submitted metadata fields identified in Section 6.5 through its Platform-controlled database and interfaces. Moderation may be applied to individual fields without removing the entire token project, including in response to intellectual-property complaints, impersonation, fraudulent or misleading content, harmful links, privacy concerns, or other violations, subject to applicable law. Affected fields are cleared from the Platform database and represented by neutral placeholders or omitted links as described in Section 6.5. These actions do not, by themselves, cancel a token sale, reverse a blockchain transaction, alter token ownership or claim entitlements, prevent independent trading, or establish a refund entitlement.

However, removal from the Platform's website or hosted infrastructure does not necessarily remove:

* Blockchain transactions.
* Token mint records.
* Public token metadata references.
* Copies stored by third parties.
* Content replicated through decentralized storage networks.

### 15.4 Copyright and Trademark Complaints

Copyright-related complaints are addressed under the Platform's separately published Copyright Policy, subject to applicable law.

Use of RugFreePump names, logos, and other brand identifiers is subject to the Platform's Trademark Guidelines.

The publication of those policies does not limit any mandatory rights or procedures under applicable intellectual property laws.

## 16. Prohibited Activities

You must not use the Platform to:

1. Conduct fraud, theft, money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful activity.
2. Create or promote tokens using stolen intellectual property.
3. Impersonate RugFreePump, its operator, another Creator, or another organization.
4. Misrepresent a token's affiliation, endorsement, backing, or guaranteed performance.
5. Exploit software vulnerabilities or attempt unauthorized access.
6. Interfere with Platform infrastructure or other Users.
7. Manipulate Platform services through abusive automated requests.
8. Submit malicious files, links, or code.
9. Circumvent applicable access restrictions or legal requirements.
10. Engage in unlawful market manipulation or deceptive trading practices.
11. Misuse third-party systems or blockchain protocols.
12. Violate these Terms or applicable law.

RugFreePump may take proportionate measures against suspected violations, including restricting access to its interfaces, sessions, content, or other services under its control.

Such measures do not imply an ability to freeze every external wallet or reverse independent blockchain transactions.

## 17. Third-Party Services and Infrastructure

The Platform depends on or integrates with independent technologies and service providers.

These may include:

* Solana blockchain infrastructure.
* Wallet providers.
* Blockchain RPC services.
* Price-oracle infrastructure, including Pyth.
* Decentralized exchange protocols, including Raydium.
* Token metadata infrastructure.
* IPFS-related storage services.
* Cloud hosting, storage, and content-delivery services.
* Other technical infrastructure providers.

These services may experience outages, delays, restrictions, vulnerabilities, changes, or discontinuation.

RugFreePump does not guarantee their continuous availability or security. Links to third-party websites or social-media accounts may be provided by Creators or other Users and may lead to scams, phishing, malware, or inaccurate information. Users access such links at their own risk.

Users may also be subject to the independent terms and policies of those services.

## 18. Blockchain and Financial Risks

Blockchain-based token activities are inherently risky.

Risks include, without limitation:

* Complete or substantial loss of funds.
* Token price volatility.
* Lack of secondary-market liquidity.
* Smart-contract vulnerabilities.
* Program upgrades or authority compromise.
* Blockchain congestion or outages.
* Oracle errors or stale price data.
* Transaction failures.
* Failed or delayed liquidity migration.
* Third-party protocol failures.
* Token unlock restrictions.
* Wallet compromise.
* Malicious Creators or misleading token information.
* Regulatory or legal changes.
* Tax liabilities.
* Infrastructure failures.
* Irreversible blockchain transactions.

RugFreePump's bonding-curve structure and withdrawal mechanisms do not eliminate these risks.

**You should never commit funds that you cannot afford to lose.**

The separate **Risk Disclosure** provides additional details and forms part of the documents presented through the Platform's wallet-consent process.

## 19. No Fiduciary Relationship

Use of RugFreePump does not, by itself, create a fiduciary, advisory, trustee, agency, employment, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between RugFreePump and a User.

RugFreePump does not undertake to manage Users' investment portfolios or make financial decisions on their behalf.

Users independently decide whether to create, purchase, hold, claim, transfer, or trade tokens.

## 20. Taxes and Regulatory Obligations

Users are responsible for determining and fulfilling their own tax and regulatory obligations.

These may include obligations relating to:

* Token purchases and disposals.
* Capital gains or other taxable income.
* Creator proceeds.
* Reward distributions.
* Blockchain transfers.
* Financial reporting.
* Digital asset ownership.

RugFreePump does not guarantee that the Platform's records will satisfy every User's accounting, tax, or regulatory requirements. RugFreePump may be required to disclose information or take other actions in response to valid legal process; nothing in these Terms promises immunity from lawful requests.

Users should consult qualified advisers where appropriate.

## 21. Privacy and Data Processing

RugFreePump processes certain information to operate and secure the Platform.

Depending on the activity, this may include:

* Public wallet addresses.
* Wallet authentication records.
* Session identifiers and security records.
* Device, browser, and network-related security information.
* Consent messages and signatures.
* Blockchain transaction records.
* Token metadata and submitted content.
* Functional visitor identifiers.
* Operational records necessary for Platform services.

RugFreePump's collection, use, storage, disclosure, and retention of personal data are addressed in the separate **Privacy Policy**. The Platform uses functional and security-related storage, including a persistent visitor identifier for announcement-view status. Details of these technologies and the information processed are provided in the Privacy Policy.

Blockchain records and certain publicly distributed metadata may remain accessible independently of RugFreePump.

## 22. Service Availability and Modifications

RugFreePump may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for:

* Maintenance.
* Security.
* Technical improvements.
* Infrastructure changes.
* Legal or regulatory compliance.
* Incident response.
* Operational requirements.

The availability of a feature today does not guarantee its indefinite availability.

Changes to off-chain interfaces do not necessarily modify existing on-chain records.

Changes to smart-contract behavior may require authorized program upgrades or other blockchain actions.

Where reasonably practicable, material changes may be communicated through Platform announcements or updated documentation. Users should not rely on uninterrupted access to the website as the only means of monitoring their on-chain positions or transaction eligibility.

## 23. Disclaimer of Warranties

**To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.**

RugFreePump does not warrant that:

* The Platform will always be available.
* Transactions will always succeed.
* Smart contracts will be free from vulnerabilities.
* Third-party infrastructure will operate without interruption.
* Token sales will reach finalization.
* Liquidity migration will always succeed.
* Tokens will maintain or increase their value.
* Claims or withdrawals will always be immediately available.
* All Platform information will be error-free or continuously current.
* Every security incident or financial loss can be prevented.

Nothing in this section excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

## 24. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RugFreePump and its operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of anticipated gains.

Subject to applicable law, RugFreePump is not responsible for losses arising solely from:

* Market price changes.
* Independent Creator conduct.
* User-authorized transactions.
* Lost or compromised private keys.
* Independent third-party protocol failures.
* Network congestion or blockchain outages.
* User mistakes or incorrect wallet addresses.
* Unauthorized actions by third parties beyond RugFreePump's reasonable control.

**These provisions do not exclude or restrict liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.**

Nothing in these Terms deprives Users of mandatory consumer, statutory, or other legal protections.

## 25. User Responsibility and Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify RugFreePump and its operator against third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from:

* Your unlawful use of the Platform.
* Your material breach of these Terms.
* Your infringement of another person's intellectual property rights.
* Fraudulent or materially misleading content you submit.
* Your unauthorized use of another person's identity or assets.

This obligation applies only to the extent that the relevant loss or claim is attributable to your conduct and does not require you to indemnify RugFreePump for its own fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be shifted.

## 26. Suspension and Termination

RugFreePump may suspend or restrict access to Platform-controlled services where reasonably necessary because of:

* Violations of these Terms.
* Security incidents.
* Suspected fraud or abuse.
* Legal requirements.
* Infrastructure threats.
* Maintenance or operational necessity.

You may discontinue use of the Platform at any time.

Termination of website access does not automatically erase public blockchain records or reverse previously executed transactions.

Where smart-contract operations remain independently accessible, their availability continues to depend on the relevant blockchain program and network conditions.

Certain obligations, including intellectual property responsibilities, liability provisions, and provisions relating to prior transactions, may survive termination to the extent legally appropriate.

## 27. Changes to These Terms

RugFreePump may revise these Terms to reflect changes in:

* Platform functionality.
* Smart-contract behavior.
* Administrative controls.
* Applicable laws.
* Security requirements.
* Business operations.
* User protections.

Each published version will have its own version identifier and publication information.

Where the Platform requires acceptance of an updated version, Users may be asked to complete a new wallet-based consent process.

Previously accepted document versions and associated consent records may be retained for verification, compliance, and dispute-resolution purposes.

**Updated Terms do not automatically rewrite completed blockchain transactions or retroactively change rights where prohibited by applicable law.**

If you do not accept an updated version, you must discontinue use of features requiring that acceptance.

## 28. Legal Compliance and Disputes

These Terms do not designate an exclusive governing-law jurisdiction, forum, or mandatory arbitration procedure. This omission does not prevent a court or authority from determining which laws and procedures apply.

Your use of the Platform remains subject to applicable laws and any mandatory legal rights, protections, or procedures that apply to you or to the Platform operator.

If a dispute arises, Users are encouraged, but are not required, to contact RugFreePump through its official communication channels and provide sufficient information to identify the relevant issue. Users should not publicly disclose private keys, recovery phrases, session credentials, or other sensitive information.

Nothing in these Terms requires a User to waive access to courts, regulatory authorities, or other remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

The absence of an exclusive governing-law clause does not mean that no national or local laws apply.

## 29. Severability

If a provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, where legally permissible.

The remaining provisions shall continue in effect to the extent permitted by applicable law.

## 30. No Waiver

A failure or delay by RugFreePump to enforce any provision of these Terms does not automatically constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.

Any waiver must be legally valid and applies only to the circumstances for which it is given.

## 31. Entire Agreement and Related Policies

These Terms, together with the applicable Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure accepted through the Platform's consent process, establish the principal conditions governing use of RugFreePump.

The separately published Copyright Policy and Trademark Guidelines address copyright complaints and permitted brand use. They are not among the three documents included in the Platform's wallet-signed consent bundle. A separately published fee schedule or operational documentation may provide additional transaction details; no such document can override mandatory legal rights.

Specific on-chain transaction conditions and immutable blockchain records remain relevant to the execution and interpretation of individual transactions.

If a description in these Terms differs from the actual execution of a blockchain transaction, the blockchain determines what technically occurred. This does not eliminate any legal rights or remedies available under applicable law.

## 32. Contact and Official Communications

Official Platform information and legal correspondence are available through:

**Website:** [rugfreepump.com](https://rugfreepump.com)

**Legal Contact:** [legal@rugfreepump.com](mailto:legal@rugfreepump.com)

Users may send legal notices, intellectual-property complaints, and questions concerning these Terms to the legal contact above. Users should rely on communication channels expressly identified through the official website. Email delivery does not, by itself, establish that a formal notice has been legally served where applicable law requires another method.

RugFreePump may publish operational announcements, security notices, legal-document updates, and other service-related information through its official interfaces and communication channels.

Users should exercise caution regarding impersonation, fraudulent support accounts, and unauthorized requests for wallet credentials.

The use of a public-facing project name and email address does not replace operator-identification, service-address, designated-recipient, or complaint-handling disclosures required by applicable law. RugFreePump will provide additional information where legally required.
