Important Copyright Notice: RugFreePump respects copyright and provides a process for reporting potentially infringing content associated with the Platform. RugFreePump may take appropriate action concerning content and services under its control, subject to applicable law and technical capabilities. The Platform operates administrative controls for selectively removing Creator-submitted token names, symbols, image URLs, descriptions, website URLs, X account URLs, and Telegram URLs from its database, individually or in combination. This does not guarantee removal of the original image, token metadata, blockchain records, or copies retained by independent services. Copyright complaints do not automatically cancel token sales, reverse transactions, or establish refund rights. This Copyright Policy (“Policy”) explains how RugFreePump receives, evaluates, and responds to copyright infringement complaints involving https://rugfreepump.com, its token-creation services, token metadata, token-sale pages, discovery interfaces, and related functionality (collectively, the “Platform”). It establishes general procedures for submitting complaints, providing supporting evidence, responding to allegations, reviewing disputed content, and addressing repeated infringement. For purposes of this Policy, “RugFreePump,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means the individual operating the Platform and, where appropriate, the Platform itself. RugFreePump is not represented as an incorporated company or registered legal entity. “User” or “you” means any person accessing or using the Platform. “Creator” means a User who creates or launches a token sale through the Platform. This Policy is intended for copyright concerns arising across jurisdictions. It does not establish a single worldwide copyright law or replace any mandatory national or regional legal procedure. This Policy is separately published and is not included in RugFreePump’s three-document wallet-signed consent bundle consisting of the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Risk Disclosure. Nothing in this Policy excludes rights, exceptions, defenses, remedies, or obligations established by applicable law.
1. Purpose and Scope
RugFreePump respects the rights of copyright owners and expects Users to submit only content they are legally entitled to use. This Policy applies to copyright concerns involving content submitted, displayed, referenced, hosted, or otherwise made accessible through Platform-controlled services, including:- Token images, illustrations, and artwork.
- Logos containing copyright-protected creative elements.
- Photographs and graphic designs.
- Token descriptions and other written materials.
- Creator-submitted metadata.
- Promotional content displayed through the Platform.
- Other qualifying copyrighted material associated with Platform functionality.
2. User Responsibility for Submitted Content
Users are responsible for ensuring that content they submit through RugFreePump is lawful and appropriately authorized. Creators must not submit, reproduce, publish, or distribute copyrighted material without the necessary rights or permissions unless the relevant use is otherwise permitted by applicable law. This responsibility includes content obtained from:- Websites and search engines.
- Social-media platforms.
- Online image libraries.
- Other token projects.
- Artists, photographers, or designers.
- Commercial branding materials.
- Other publicly accessible sources.
3. Copyright Ownership and Platform License
Creators retain whatever copyright and other intellectual property rights they lawfully hold in their submitted content. Submitting content to RugFreePump does not automatically transfer copyright ownership to RugFreePump. However, the Terms of Service establish the license granted to RugFreePump for hosting, processing, reproducing, displaying, distributing, and otherwise using submitted content for permitted Platform purposes. Users must possess the rights necessary to grant that license. RugFreePump’s display of a token image, description, or other submitted material does not establish that the Creator owns the material or that its use has been independently approved. Where legally appropriate, RugFreePump may take action concerning allegedly infringing content through systems under its control, subject to applicable technical capabilities.4. Reporting Copyright Infringement
A copyright owner or an authorized representative may report material believed to infringe copyright through the Platform. Complaints should identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, the reporting party, and the basis of the allegation. Submit complaints to: Copyright Complaints: legal@rugfreepump.com Official Website: rugfreepump.com This email address is RugFreePump’s general contact for copyright complaints. It is not represented as a formally registered copyright agent or statutory notice recipient under any particular country’s legal framework. Where applicable law requires a particular recipient, notice format, delivery method, or additional procedure, those requirements apply independently. RugFreePump may request additional information where reasonably necessary to evaluate a complaint. Submitting a complaint does not automatically establish infringement or guarantee that the requested action will be taken.5. Information to Include in a Copyright Complaint
To support an effective review, copyright complaints should contain the following information.5.1 Identification of the Copyrighted Work
Identify the original work you believe has been infringed. Useful information may include:- The title or description of the work.
- The copyright owner’s name.
- A link to an authorized publication.
- Relevant copyright registration details, if available.
- Information explaining your ownership or authority.
- Supporting documentation where reasonably necessary.
5.2 Identification of the Disputed Material
Provide sufficient information for RugFreePump to locate the allegedly infringing content. This may include:- The RugFreePump token-sale page URL.
- The Solana token mint address.
- The token name and symbol.
- The disputed image or content URL.
- The metadata URI or content identifier.
- A screenshot or description of the material.
- Other relevant identifying information.
5.3 Reporting Party Information
Provide contact information sufficient for RugFreePump to communicate with you. This may include:- Full legal name.
- Organization, if applicable.
- Email address.
- Mailing address or telephone number where relevant and reasonably necessary.
- Details of your authority to represent the copyright owner, if applicable.
5.4 Explanation of the Alleged Infringement
Explain why you believe the disputed material infringes your copyright. Where relevant, identify whether the complaint concerns unauthorized reproduction, publication, distribution, display, or another protected use. Describe any relevant licensing restrictions or reasons why the disputed use is believed to be unauthorized.5.5 Good-Faith and Accuracy Confirmation
Include a statement substantially equivalent to: “I have a good-faith belief that the use of the identified material is not authorized by the copyright owner or otherwise permitted by applicable law. I confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of my knowledge and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.” An electronic signature or typed legal name may be included to identify and authenticate the reporting party. RugFreePump may request additional declarations or formal information where required by applicable law. These general submission requirements do not replace any mandatory statutory notice requirements applicable to a particular complaint.6. Review of Copyright Complaints
RugFreePump will assess received complaints according to the available information, applicable law, the nature of the disputed content, and the Platform’s technical capabilities. Review may involve:- Identifying the disputed work and corresponding Platform content.
- Checking whether the complaint contains sufficient information.
- Evaluating the complainant’s claimed rights and supporting evidence.
- Considering relevant permissions, licenses, exceptions, or defenses.
- Determining which affected systems are controlled by RugFreePump.
- Requesting clarification or additional evidence where appropriate.
- Considering the affected Creator’s explanation where appropriate.
- Determining whether an available restriction or removal measure is justified or legally required.
7. Content Removal and Platform-Controlled Measures
RugFreePump may take appropriate action concerning disputed content through infrastructure under its control, subject to applicable law and available technical measures.7.1 Selective Token Metadata Removal
RugFreePump operates administrative controls that allow the operator to remove any combination of the following Creator-submitted fields from the Platform-controlled token metadata database:- Token name (
name). - Token symbol (
symbol). - Token image URL (
image_url). - Token description (
description). - Website URL (
website). - X account URL (
twitter). - Telegram URL (
telegram).
NULL, without requiring the removal of other fields or the token project itself. The Platform displays Not Available for removed token names or symbols, a neutral placeholder icon for removed token images, and hides removed descriptions or external links.
These controls may be used in response to substantiated copyright complaints and other applicable content-policy or legal concerns. A complaint does not automatically establish infringement or require removal; RugFreePump assesses the circumstances and applicable law.
Removing or suppressing Platform-controlled metadata does not necessarily delete original files from IPFS, change original token metadata, alter on-chain references, remove third-party caches, or prevent independent services from displaying previously published information.
7.2 Scope of Platform-Controlled Measures
RugFreePump may selectively suppress disputed Creator-submitted metadata through its existing administrative controls and may take other legally appropriate actions concerning infrastructure or services under its control. The seven-field metadata removal capability is not a complete token-delisting, wallet-blacklisting, project-deletion, or blockchain trading-blocking mechanism. It does not provide control over independent wallets, explorers, decentralized exchanges, IPFS gateways, or other third-party services. Where applicable law requires measures beyond selective metadata removal, RugFreePump must address those obligations through appropriate legal, technical, or operational means.7.3 No Automatic Cancellation of Token Sales
A copyright complaint or content-removal action does not, by itself:- Cancel an existing token sale.
- Reverse a completed token purchase.
- Invalidate token ownership.
- Terminate an existing on-chain claim entitlement.
- Create a refund entitlement.
- Reverse liquidity migration.
- Prevent independent token transfers or trading.
7.4 Legal Obligations
The limitations of existing administrative tools do not eliminate legal obligations that independently apply to RugFreePump. Where applicable law requires additional action concerning content or services within RugFreePump’s control, the operator must address those requirements through legally appropriate measures.8. Blockchain, Token Metadata, and Decentralized Storage
RugFreePump operates on the Solana blockchain and interacts with decentralized or independently operated infrastructure.8.1 Blockchain Records
Token mints, transactions, Smart Contract accounts, and associated records may remain publicly accessible through independent blockchain infrastructure. RugFreePump generally cannot arbitrarily delete or rewrite finalized blockchain records. A copyright complaint does not automatically enable RugFreePump to remove token mints, reverse transactions, or erase public blockchain history.8.2 Token Metadata
Token names, symbols, descriptions, images, and related links may be established during token creation and referenced through publicly accessible metadata. RugFreePump’s ordinary token-creation workflow does not provide a general mechanism for Creators to change these fields after creation. Removing any of the seven Creator-submitted metadata fields from RugFreePump’s database does not necessarily alter the original metadata file, on-chain references, or independently retained copies.8.3 Decentralized Storage
Images and metadata may be uploaded to IPFS-related infrastructure or other storage services. Such content may be replicated, cached, or retained by independent gateways, nodes, archives, or other providers. Removing content from RugFreePump-controlled systems does not guarantee its deletion from independent decentralized storage or third-party services.8.4 Independent Services
Wallet applications, blockchain explorers, decentralized exchanges, indexing services, and external websites may independently display or retain token information. Copyright owners may need to contact those services directly regarding content outside RugFreePump’s control. These technical limitations do not excuse noncompliance with applicable obligations concerning systems and services under RugFreePump’s control.9. Creator Responses and Disputed Removal
A Creator or affected User who believes content was incorrectly restricted or removed may submit a response. A response may explain that:- The Creator owns the relevant copyright.
- The material was used with permission or under a valid license.
- The work is not protected by copyright.
- The use is permitted under an applicable exception or defense.
- The complaint concerns the wrong content or Creator.
- The restriction resulted from a factual mistake.
- Other relevant circumstances justify reconsideration.
9.1 Information to Provide
A response should include:- Identification of the affected content.
- The relevant RugFreePump page or token mint address.
- An explanation of why the restriction is disputed.
- Supporting evidence, where available.
- Contact information sufficient for communication.
- Confirmation that the response is submitted in good faith.
9.2 Review of Creator Responses
RugFreePump may evaluate the response alongside the original complaint and any other relevant information. The operator may request clarification from either party or consider whether a restriction should remain, be modified, or be reversed. A Creator’s disagreement with a complaint does not automatically establish that the disputed use is lawful. Likewise, a copyright owner’s allegation does not automatically establish infringement.9.3 Mandatory Legal Procedures
Where applicable law establishes a specific counter-notification, objection, appeal, or restoration procedure, that procedure governs to the extent required. This general Creator response process does not replace mandatory statutory procedures.10. Reconsideration and Possible Restoration
RugFreePump may reconsider a content restriction when relevant new information becomes available. Factors may include:- Evidence of copyright ownership.
- Valid licenses or permissions.
- Applicable copyright exceptions.
- Errors in identifying the disputed material.
- Withdrawal or correction of the original complaint.
- Relevant legal decisions or instructions.
- Applicable legal obligations.
- Technical feasibility.
NULL, restoration may require the original value to be supplied or recovered from a lawful, reliable source; the Platform does not guarantee that it retains a restorable copy.
Restoration is not guaranteed merely because a Creator requests it.
Content may remain restricted where it independently violates applicable law or enforceable Platform rules, subject to any mandatory restoration rights.
Where applicable law requires notification, restoration, or another action within a particular timeframe, those requirements take precedence.
Restoration of a Platform-controlled metadata value does not guarantee that independent services will display the same content or that previously deleted files remain available.
11. Repeated Copyright Infringement
RugFreePump does not permit Users to repeatedly submit copyright-infringing material in violation of applicable law or Platform rules. Where repeated infringement is identified, RugFreePump may consider appropriate responses based on the available evidence and technical capabilities. Relevant factors may include:- The number and nature of substantiated complaints.
- Whether the complaints concern the same User or Creator.
- The seriousness and frequency of the conduct.
- Whether earlier complaints were withdrawn or successfully disputed.
- Whether the User has demonstrated relevant rights or permissions.
- Whether the User continues submitting disputed content.
- Applicable legal requirements.
12. False, Misleading, and Abusive Complaints
Copyright complaints and Creator responses must be submitted in good faith. Users must not knowingly submit false or materially misleading information concerning copyright ownership, infringement, authorization, or mistaken removal. Prohibited misuse includes:- Impersonating a copyright owner or authorized representative.
- Making fraudulent ownership claims.
- Submitting knowingly false infringement allegations.
- Using complaints to harass or intimidate other Users.
- Attempting to suppress lawful competition through fabricated claims.
- Misrepresenting licenses or permissions.
- Submitting false supporting evidence.
- Knowingly making misleading statements in a Creator response.
13. Copyright Exceptions and Lawful Uses
Not every use of copyrighted material requires permission from the copyright owner. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, permitted uses may include:- Fair use.
- Fair dealing.
- Licensed use.
- Public-domain material.
- Uses covered by statutory exceptions.
- Other uses permitted by relevant copyright law.
14. Copyright and Trademark Distinctions
Copyright and trademark rights protect different interests. Copyright generally protects qualifying original creative works, such as illustrations, photographs, artwork, and written expression. Trademark law generally protects qualifying identifiers used to distinguish the commercial source of goods or services, subject to applicable law. A token image or logo may raise copyright concerns, trademark concerns, or both. A token name or symbol may raise trademark or impersonation concerns without necessarily qualifying for copyright protection. Complaints involving unauthorized brand use, misleading endorsement, confusingly similar branding, or project impersonation may be addressed under the separate Trademark Guidelines. RugFreePump may assess a complaint according to its substance rather than solely the label used by the reporting party.15. Privacy and Complaint Information
Copyright complaints and Creator responses may contain Personal Data, including:- Names and organizational details.
- Email addresses.
- Mailing addresses or telephone numbers.
- Signatures.
- Information concerning copyright ownership.
- Supporting evidence.
- Correspondence and dispute records.
16. Recordkeeping
RugFreePump may retain records reasonably necessary to administer copyright complaints and address relevant legal or operational requirements. Records may include:- Copyright complaints and supporting evidence.
- Creator responses.
- Communications with relevant parties.
- Records of restrictions or restoration.
- Information concerning repeated infringement.
- Relevant legal correspondence or decisions.
17. No General Guarantee of Copyright Verification
RugFreePump does not guarantee that every Token, image, description, or other submitted item is reviewed for copyright compliance before publication. The Platform may rely on Creator submissions, automated processing, publicly available information, and complaint-based review. The appearance of content through RugFreePump does not establish that its copyright status has been verified or approved. RugFreePump does not guarantee that all infringement will be detected, prevented, or resolved. Users remain responsible for ensuring that their submitted content is lawful. Nothing in this section excludes duties imposed by applicable law.18. Applicable Copyright Laws and Jurisdictional Requirements
RugFreePump is accessible through internet-based and blockchain infrastructure that may involve Users, services, and activities in multiple jurisdictions. Copyright laws, enforcement mechanisms, exceptions, remedies, and service-provider obligations differ between countries. This Policy establishes RugFreePump’s general copyright complaint procedures. It does not replace mandatory procedures established by any applicable national or regional law. Where applicable law requires particular notices, designated recipients, content restrictions, counter-notifications, restoration procedures, recordkeeping, or other compliance measures, those requirements must be addressed independently. Publication of this Copyright Policy does not, by itself, establish eligibility for any statutory exemption, limitation of liability, or other legal protection. The availability of a complaint process does not mean that a particular country’s law exclusively governs every dispute. Nothing in this Policy designates an exclusive governing-law jurisdiction, court, or mandatory arbitration procedure. Mandatory legal rights, defenses, remedies, and obligations remain applicable.19. Third-Party Content and Independent Services
Content associated with RugFreePump may also appear through independent services, including:- IPFS-related storage providers and gateways.
- Blockchain explorers.
- Wallet applications.
- Decentralized exchanges.
- Token information and indexing services.
- Social-media platforms.
- Independent websites and archives.
20. Changes to This Policy
RugFreePump may update this Policy to reflect changes in:- Platform functionality.
- Content handling and storage.
- Copyright complaint procedures.
- Administrative capabilities.
- Applicable legal requirements.
- Third-party infrastructure.
- Security and operational practices.

It does not replace any additional operator-identification, formal service, designated-recipient, or other disclosure required by applicable law.Important Final Notice RugFreePump respects copyright and provides a process for reporting allegedly infringing material associated with Platform-controlled services. Its administrative controls support selective removal of Creator-submitted token names, symbols, image URLs, descriptions, website URLs, X account URLs, and Telegram URLs from the Platform database, individually or in combination. Such removal does not guarantee deletion of original metadata or copies from the Solana blockchain, decentralized storage, or independent third-party services. Creators remain responsible for ensuring that the content they submit is lawful and appropriately authorized. This Policy establishes general copyright complaint procedures and does not replace any mandatory legal process or independently establish eligibility for statutory liability protections.
