Important Trademark Notice: RugFreePump respects intellectual property rights and prohibits misleading impersonation, false affiliation, and trademark infringement through the Platform. Creators are responsible for ensuring that their coin names, tickers, logos, images, descriptions, and associated content comply with applicable law. RugFreePump operates administrative controls to selectively suppress Creator-submitted token names, symbols, images, descriptions, website links, X links, and Telegram links in its Platform-controlled database and interfaces when warranted by applicable law or Platform policies. However, such actions do not necessarily modify or delete token metadata, blockchain records, decentralized storage content, or information maintained by independent third parties.
These Trademark Guidelines (“Guidelines” or “Policy”) explain how trademarks, brand identities, logos, names, and other identifying marks may be used in connection with RugFreePump, including the website at https://rugfreepump.com, token creation, bonding curve sales, token metadata, token discovery interfaces, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”). These Guidelines also establish procedures for reporting alleged trademark infringement, responding to complaints, and addressing repeated violations. For purposes of these Guidelines, “RugFreePump,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the individual operating the RugFreePump Platform and, where the context requires, the Platform itself. Use of the project name does not imply that RugFreePump is an incorporated company or other registered legal entity. “User” or “you” means any person accessing or using the Platform. “Creator” means a User who creates or launches a token sale through the Platform. These Guidelines should be read together with the RugFreePump Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, and Copyright Policy. These Guidelines are published separately and are not part of the Platform’s three principal wallet-signed legal consent documents. Nothing in these Guidelines eliminates or restricts rights, defenses, exceptions, or remedies established by applicable trademark law.

1. Purpose and Scope

RugFreePump respects the trademark rights of individuals, businesses, organizations, and other lawful rights holders. The purpose of these Guidelines is to reduce the risk of trademark infringement, impersonation, misleading branding, and confusion regarding the identity, origin, sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of tokens and other content associated with the Platform. These Guidelines apply to content submitted, displayed, or made accessible through Platform-controlled services, including:
  • Coin names and ticker symbols.
  • Coin images and logos.
  • Token descriptions and associated metadata.
  • Project branding and visual identities.
  • Website and social-media links submitted by Creators.
  • Token-sale pages and related Platform interfaces.
  • Other User-submitted content associated with token creation or discovery.
These Guidelines concern RugFreePump’s services and the conduct of Users interacting with them. They do not establish control over independent blockchain networks, decentralized storage systems, decentralized exchanges, blockchain explorers, wallets, or other third-party services.

2. Understanding Trademarks

A trademark is generally a word, name, symbol, design, slogan, logo, or combination of identifying elements used to distinguish the goods or services of one party from those of others. Trademark rights may arise through registration, qualifying commercial use, or other circumstances recognized under applicable law. Trademark protection varies by jurisdiction, the goods or services involved, the nature of the mark, and the relevant facts. A trademark owner may have legal rights against unauthorized uses that create a likelihood of confusion regarding the source, sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement of goods or services. However, not every reference to another party’s trademark constitutes infringement. Lawful uses may include certain descriptive references, identification of genuine products or services, commentary, criticism, parody, comparative references, and other uses permitted under applicable law. The existence of a registered trademark does not automatically prohibit every use of the same word, name, or symbol in every context.

3. Creator Responsibility

Creators are responsible for ensuring that all content they submit through RugFreePump complies with applicable trademark laws and other intellectual property requirements. Before creating a coin, Creators should verify that they have a lawful basis for using the proposed:
  • Coin name.
  • Ticker symbol.
  • Logo or image.
  • Brand name or visual identity.
  • Project description.
  • Website and social-media links.
  • Other identifying or promotional content.
Creators must not use another party’s trademark in a manner that infringes applicable rights, falsely implies authorization, or creates unlawful confusion. Where permission or a license is legally necessary, the Creator is responsible for obtaining it before submitting the content. RugFreePump does not routinely require Creators to submit evidence of trademark ownership, authorization, or licensing during coin creation. The absence of an ownership-verification requirement does not constitute permission to use another party’s protected marks unlawfully. By submitting content, a Creator represents that the submission and its intended use through the Platform are lawful, including with respect to applicable intellectual property rights. RugFreePump does not guarantee that every submitted coin name, ticker, image, or description has been independently reviewed for trademark compliance.

4. Prohibited Trademark and Impersonation Practices

Users must not engage in trademark infringement, misleading impersonation, or deceptive representations of affiliation through the Platform. Prohibited conduct may include:
  • Using another party’s trademark in a manner likely to cause unlawful confusion about the source or sponsorship of a token.
  • Creating a token that falsely claims to be officially issued by an existing business, organization, cryptocurrency project, exchange, or other rights holder.
  • Using another party’s logo or branding to misleadingly suggest that a token is authorized or endorsed by that party.
  • Impersonating a company, project, organization, or individual through misleading token branding.
  • Falsely claiming an official partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
  • Using confusingly similar branding in circumstances that infringe applicable trademark rights.
  • Submitting misleading website or social-media links to reinforce a false claim of affiliation.
  • Misrepresenting the identity of a trademark owner or an authorized representative.
  • Using the Platform to promote fraudulent activity involving unauthorized or misleading brand identities.
A token’s name, ticker, image, description, and associated links may be considered together when evaluating whether its presentation is misleading. A disclaimer does not automatically cure otherwise unlawful trademark infringement or deceptive conduct. RugFreePump may also address impersonation, fraud, or misleading representations under its Terms of Service or other applicable policies, even where a trademark infringement claim has not been legally established.

5. Permitted References, Commentary, Parody, and Fan Content

RugFreePump recognizes that some references to third-party trademarks may be lawful without express permission from the trademark owner. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, potentially lawful uses may include:
  • Referring to a trademark to identify its owner or associated products or services.
  • Expressing opinions about a business, brand, product, or service.
  • Commentary, criticism, or discussion involving a trademark.
  • Parody or satire.
  • Fan-created content that does not unlawfully misrepresent its origin or affiliation.
  • Other descriptive, nominative, or legally permitted uses.
For example, a Creator may wish to create content discussing or commenting on an existing brand. Such use is not automatically prohibited solely because the brand’s name is mentioned. However, Creators must not present independent content as officially authorized, sponsored, or endorsed when that representation is false or misleading. Where appropriate, Creators should clearly identify independent fan, parody, or commentary projects. Examples of potentially helpful descriptions include:
  • “Unofficial Fan Project”
  • “Independent Commentary”
  • “Parody”
  • “Not Affiliated With [Brand]”
These examples are illustrative and do not guarantee that a particular use is lawful. A label such as “fan,” “parody,” or “unofficial” does not automatically establish a legal defense or eliminate a likelihood of confusion. Whether a particular use is permissible depends on applicable law and the complete factual context.

6. No Implied Endorsement or Affiliation

The creation or availability of a token through RugFreePump does not establish that the token is officially associated with any person, business, organization, or trademark owner. RugFreePump does not independently endorse every token or Creator using the Platform. Similarly, a token that references an existing brand, business, cryptocurrency project, public figure, or organization is not necessarily authorized or endorsed by the referenced party. Creators must not falsely represent that:
  • A trademark owner created or approved their token.
  • A company or organization sponsors their project.
  • An existing cryptocurrency project officially supports their token.
  • A public figure endorses or participates in their project.
  • RugFreePump has verified or approved their intellectual property rights.
  • A token has an official relationship with a third party when no such relationship exists.
Users should independently verify claims of sponsorship, authorization, or affiliation before relying on them. RugFreePump is not responsible for independently confirming every affiliation claim made through Creator-submitted content. Nothing in this section limits RugFreePump’s obligations under applicable law.

7. RugFreePump Names, Logos, and Branding

The name RugFreePump, its associated logos, website branding, visual identities, and other original brand materials may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws to the extent such rights exist. These Guidelines do not represent that any particular RugFreePump name, logo, or other mark has been registered as a trademark. Users may refer to RugFreePump accurately for legitimate informational, descriptive, or other legally permitted purposes. However, Users must not:
  • Impersonate RugFreePump or its operator.
  • Create misleading websites, accounts, or materials claiming to be official RugFreePump services.
  • Falsely claim to represent or act on behalf of RugFreePump.
  • Use RugFreePump branding to suggest an unauthorized partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement.
  • Present a token as officially issued, guaranteed, or endorsed by RugFreePump when that representation is false.
  • Use confusingly similar branding in a manner that violates applicable law.
Use of RugFreePump’s name or branding does not automatically establish an official relationship with the Platform. Requests for permission to use RugFreePump branding in circumstances requiring authorization may be directed to: Email: legal@rugfreepump.com Nothing in this section prohibits lawful criticism, commentary, descriptive references, or other uses protected by applicable law.

8. Reporting Trademark Infringement

If you believe that content associated with RugFreePump infringes a trademark you own or are authorized to represent, you may submit a trademark infringement complaint. Complaints should be sent to: Trademark Complaints: legal@rugfreepump.com Official Website: rugfreepump.com To assist with reviewing the complaint, please provide the information described below.

8.1 Complainant Information

Provide:
  • Your full legal name.
  • Your organization or business name, if applicable.
  • Your email address.
  • Your mailing address.
  • Your telephone number, where reasonably necessary.
  • Your relationship to the trademark owner.
If you are submitting the complaint on behalf of another person or organization, identify the rights holder and explain your authority to act on their behalf.

8.2 Trademark Identification

Clearly identify the trademark involved. Where applicable, provide:
  • The trademark name or description.
  • A representation of the trademark or logo.
  • The trademark owner.
  • The country or jurisdiction in which rights are claimed.
  • Trademark registration or application numbers, if available.
  • The relevant trademark registry, where applicable.
  • The goods or services associated with the mark.
  • Relevant evidence of trademark use or ownership.
Trademark registration is not required for every legally recognized trademark right. Where rights are based on use rather than registration, provide sufficient information to explain the claimed rights.

8.3 Identification of the Disputed Content

Provide information reasonably sufficient for RugFreePump to locate the allegedly infringing content. This may include:
  • The relevant RugFreePump token-sale page URL.
  • The Solana token mint address.
  • The coin name and ticker symbol.
  • The disputed image or logo.
  • The relevant metadata URL.
  • The Creator’s public wallet address, if known.
  • Screenshots showing the disputed content.
  • Other identifying information.
Where multiple tokens or items are involved, identify each disputed item as clearly as reasonably possible.

8.4 Explanation of the Alleged Violation

Explain why you believe the disputed content infringes your trademark rights. Where relevant, describe:
  • How the disputed mark is being used.
  • Why the use may create confusion.
  • Whether the content falsely suggests affiliation or endorsement.
  • Whether the Creator appears to be impersonating the trademark owner.
  • Any relevant differences or similarities between the marks.
  • Any other circumstances supporting the complaint.

8.5 Accuracy and Authority

Include a statement substantially equivalent to: “I confirm that the information provided in this complaint is accurate to the best of my knowledge and that I am the trademark owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the trademark owner.” You may also provide supporting documents or other relevant evidence. Do not submit wallet private keys, recovery phrases, passwords, or unrelated sensitive information. RugFreePump may request clarification or additional information where reasonably necessary.

9. Review of Trademark Complaints

Upon receiving a trademark complaint, RugFreePump may review the information provided and evaluate whether action is appropriate. The review may include:
  • Identifying the relevant token or content.
  • Determining whether the disputed content appears through Platform-controlled interfaces.
  • Reviewing evidence of trademark ownership or authorization.
  • Evaluating the alleged likelihood of confusion or misleading affiliation.
  • Considering whether the disputed use may be lawful commentary, parody, criticism, or another permitted use.
  • Reviewing the content against these Guidelines, the Terms of Service, and other applicable policies.
  • Requesting additional information from the complainant.
  • Contacting the affected Creator where reasonably possible and appropriate.
  • Determining which moderation actions are technically available.
RugFreePump may consider whether a complaint is incomplete, unsupported, abusive, misleading, or unrelated to trademark rights. Submission of a complaint does not automatically establish that trademark infringement has occurred. RugFreePump is not a court and does not issue binding legal determinations of trademark ownership or infringement. However, RugFreePump may make reasonable Platform-moderation decisions based on available information, applicable law, and its policies. RugFreePump does not guarantee that every complaint will be resolved within a particular timeframe. Where applicable law imposes specific obligations or deadlines, those requirements govern.

10. Removal or Restriction of Trademark-Infringing Content

RugFreePump reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to remove, restrict, or disable access to content through Platform-controlled systems when it reasonably determines that the content:
  • Infringes applicable trademark rights.
  • Impersonates another party.
  • Creates misleading impressions of authorization, sponsorship, or affiliation.
  • Violates applicable law.
  • Breaches the Terms of Service or other enforceable Platform policies.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, RugFreePump may take action immediately and without prior notice.

10.1 Available Seven-Field Metadata Moderation Controls

RugFreePump operates administrative controls that can independently suppress any combination of the following seven Creator-submitted token metadata fields in its Platform-controlled database:
  • name — token name.
  • symbol — token ticker or symbol.
  • image_url — token image reference.
  • description — token description.
  • website — project website link.
  • twitter — X (formerly Twitter) account link.
  • telegram — Telegram link.
The operator can select one, several, or all seven fields for a particular token. Selected values are set to NULL in the Platform database. The Platform displays Not Available for removed token names or symbols, a neutral placeholder icon for removed token images, and hides removed descriptions, website links, X links, and Telegram links. Suppressed website, X, and Telegram links are hidden from Platform-controlled interfaces. These controls may be used to address substantiated trademark concerns, impersonation, false affiliation, fraudulent branding, phishing links, or other violations of applicable law or enforceable Platform policies. Their existence does not mean that every complaint will result in suppression.

10.2 Scope and Limitations of Platform-Controlled Measures

Selective metadata suppression changes the information presented through RugFreePump-controlled database-backed interfaces. It does not, by itself, delete the token project, disable its on-chain functions, block wallets, prohibit independent trading, or prevent the token from appearing in Platform listings or sale pages with neutral fallback content. RugFreePump does not represent that it operates a general token-delisting, token-blacklisting, project-deletion, or trading-blocking system. Any other moderation or legally required response must be assessed separately according to applicable law and the systems actually under RugFreePump’s control.

10.3 No Guaranteed Removal of Entire Projects

A trademark complaint does not guarantee removal of an entire token project from Platform listings, search results, sale pages, or other interfaces, or prevent further participation in an existing sale. RugFreePump can selectively suppress the seven identified metadata fields, but such suppression does not amount to deletion of the token or all associated records. Users should identify tokens by their mint addresses and relevant on-chain records rather than relying solely on names, symbols, images, or links, which may be suppressed or misleading.

10.4 On-Chain Rights and Transactions

A content-moderation decision does not, by itself, cancel a token sale, invalidate token ownership, reverse a purchase, terminate an on-chain token-claim entitlement, or create a refund right. Existing on-chain rights and obligations remain subject to the applicable program logic, transaction conditions, and law. RugFreePump will not represent a content-removal action as an on-chain cancellation unless the relevant on-chain action has actually occurred.

11. Creator Notifications and Responses

Where reasonably possible and appropriate, RugFreePump may notify an affected Creator when content is restricted following a trademark complaint. Where notification is required by applicable law, RugFreePump will comply with the relevant requirements. Because RugFreePump uses wallet-based authentication, the Platform may not possess an email address or other direct communication channel for every Creator. Accordingly, individual notification may not always be possible.

11.1 Responding to a Trademark Complaint

A Creator who believes that a complaint is mistaken, unsupported, or otherwise unjustified may submit a response to: Email: legal@rugfreepump.com The response should include:
  • The Creator’s name and available contact information.
  • The relevant token mint address or sale-page URL.
  • A description of the disputed content.
  • An explanation of why the Creator believes the use is lawful.
  • Evidence of trademark ownership, licensing, or authorization, if applicable.
  • Information supporting a claim of lawful commentary, criticism, parody, descriptive use, or another legal basis.
  • Any other relevant supporting information.
Creators should provide accurate information and avoid submitting unrelated sensitive data.

11.2 Review of Creator Responses

RugFreePump may review a Creator’s response and reconsider an earlier moderation decision where appropriate. RugFreePump may request further information from either party. A Creator response does not automatically require restoration of previously restricted content. Restoration may depend on:
  • Applicable law.
  • The evidence provided.
  • Whether the content independently violates other Platform policies.
  • Whether the suppressed original field values can be reliably recovered and lawfully restored.
  • Other relevant circumstances.
RugFreePump does not guarantee that suppressed or removed content can always be restored. Because the selected database values are set to NULL, restoration may require recovering the original values from a reliable source and remains subject to applicable law and Platform policies.

11.3 Disputes Between Rights Holders and Creators

Trademark disputes may involve legal questions that cannot be conclusively resolved through Platform moderation. Trademark owners and Creators remain responsible for resolving their underlying legal disputes through appropriate channels. RugFreePump does not act as a court or provide binding adjudication of competing trademark claims. Nothing in these Guidelines prevents an affected party from seeking available legal remedies.

12. Repeat Trademark Violations

RugFreePump may take appropriate measures against Users who repeatedly or intentionally engage in trademark infringement, impersonation, or misleading branding. Depending on the circumstances and available technical controls, measures may include:
  • Issuing warnings.
  • Selectively suppressing infringing or misleading token names, symbols, images, descriptions, and website, X, or Telegram links in the Platform database.
  • Applying the available seven-field metadata moderation controls to affected content.
  • Reviewing subsequent complaints involving the same User or wallet.
  • Restricting future content submissions where supported.
  • Limiting access to Platform-controlled services where legally appropriate and technically available.
  • Taking other legally appropriate steps consistent with the Platform’s actual capabilities and applicable obligations.
RugFreePump may consider:
  • The frequency and seriousness of reported violations.
  • The reliability of the supporting evidence.
  • Whether complaints were substantiated.
  • Whether the User acted intentionally or deceptively.
  • Whether the User received prior warnings.
  • Whether the User provided a credible explanation or evidence of authorization.
  • Whether the conduct involves repeated impersonation or fraud.
  • Applicable legal requirements.
RugFreePump does not establish an automatic three-strike rule through these Guidelines. A single serious incident may justify action where legally appropriate, while repeated unsupported complaints do not automatically establish a violation.

12.1 Wallet-Based Enforcement Limitations

RugFreePump uses wallet-based authentication. Any available access restriction may therefore be associated with particular wallets, authenticated sessions, content records, or other Platform-controlled mechanisms. RugFreePump does not guarantee that it can permanently prevent a person from using another wallet.

12.2 Independent Blockchain Access

Restrictions imposed through RugFreePump do not necessarily prevent interaction with publicly accessible Solana programs through independent interfaces. RugFreePump does not claim authority to prohibit a person from accessing the Solana blockchain generally.

13. Blockchain and Decentralized Storage Limitations

RugFreePump operates in an environment involving blockchain records, decentralized storage, and independent third-party infrastructure. These systems may retain or independently display content even after RugFreePump takes action through its own services.

13.1 Solana Blockchain

Token creation and related transactions may produce records on the Solana blockchain. RugFreePump generally cannot arbitrarily delete or rewrite finalized blockchain records. Trademark enforcement through the Platform does not automatically permit RugFreePump to:
  • Delete an existing token mint.
  • Change immutable token metadata.
  • Reverse a completed transaction.
  • Erase public blockchain history.
  • Remove information displayed by independent blockchain explorers.
  • Prevent independent applications from interacting with existing tokens.

13.2 Token Metadata

Creators submit coin metadata during the token-creation process. As explained in RugFreePump’s token-creation documentation, coin names, tickers, descriptions, images, and associated social links are established during creation and are not editable afterward through the ordinary Platform creation workflow. Suppressing any combination of name, symbol, image_url, description, website, twitter, or telegram in RugFreePump’s database does not necessarily alter the original token metadata or independently accessible metadata files. The Platform’s moderation controls are distinct from the ordinary Creator token-creation workflow and do not give Creators the ability to edit original metadata after creation. Coin images and metadata may be stored using IPFS-related services or other third-party storage infrastructure. Content may be replicated, cached, or retrieved through independent gateways. RugFreePump cannot guarantee that suppressing database metadata fields or image references will delete original files or independently available copies.

13.4 Raydium and Independent Trading

Tokens that complete the applicable sale and liquidity-migration process may become tradable through Raydium or other independent interfaces. Trademark-related moderation through RugFreePump does not necessarily:
  • Remove liquidity from an independent decentralized exchange.
  • Prevent trading through third-party interfaces.
  • Revoke token ownership.
  • Reverse liquidity migration.
  • Delete independently maintained trading information.

13.5 No Guaranteed Global Removal

RugFreePump cannot guarantee complete removal of trademark-related content from the Solana blockchain, decentralized storage networks, independent gateways, wallets, exchanges, explorers, caches, archives, or other third-party systems. These technical limitations do not eliminate any legal obligations that may apply to RugFreePump’s own services. Trademark law and copyright law protect different types of intellectual property. Trademark law generally concerns source-identifying names, logos, symbols, and other marks. Copyright law generally protects qualifying original creative works. A particular logo, image, illustration, or other item may implicate both trademark and copyright rights. Complaints involving copyrighted artwork, photographs, illustrations, or other protected creative material may be addressed under RugFreePump’s separate Copyright Policy. Complaints involving impersonation, misleading affiliation, fraudulent representations, or other unlawful conduct may also be evaluated under the Terms of Service and applicable law. RugFreePump may consider the substance of a complaint rather than solely the category selected by the reporting party. Nothing in these Guidelines limits remedies available under applicable intellectual property or consumer protection laws.

15. False Reports and Abuse of the Complaint Process

Trademark complaints and responses must be submitted in good faith. Users must not knowingly submit false or misleading information concerning trademark ownership, authorization, or alleged infringement. Prohibited misuse of the complaint process may include:
  • Impersonating a trademark owner or authorized representative.
  • Making knowingly false claims of trademark ownership.
  • Submitting fabricated registration or licensing information.
  • Using trademark complaints to harass another User.
  • Attempting to suppress lawful competition through fraudulent complaints.
  • Misrepresenting the identity or conduct of a Creator.
  • Providing deliberately false information in response to a complaint.
  • Repeatedly submitting abusive or materially misleading reports.
RugFreePump may decline to act on complaints that lack sufficient supporting information or appear abusive, subject to applicable law. Where appropriate, RugFreePump may take further action permitted by its policies and available technical controls. Knowingly false statements may also create legal consequences under applicable law. Nothing in these Guidelines discourages legitimate complaints, good-faith disputes, or lawful enforcement of trademark rights.

16. Privacy and Complaint Information

Trademark complaints and Creator responses may contain personal information. Such information may include:
  • Names.
  • Email addresses.
  • Mailing addresses.
  • Telephone numbers.
  • Organizational details.
  • Trademark ownership information.
  • Evidence of authorization.
  • Wallet addresses.
  • Correspondence concerning disputed content.
RugFreePump may process this information for legitimate purposes associated with:
  • Receiving and reviewing trademark complaints.
  • Communicating with complainants and affected Creators.
  • Evaluating supporting evidence.
  • Administering applicable Platform policies.
  • Maintaining relevant complaint records.
  • Preventing misuse of reporting procedures.
  • Addressing legal disputes.
  • Complying with applicable law.
Where appropriate or legally required, information may be shared with affected parties, legal advisers, courts, competent authorities, or other relevant recipients. Complainants and responding Creators should understand that information submitted during a trademark dispute may be disclosed where necessary or legally required. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the RugFreePump Privacy Policy and applicable law. Users should avoid submitting unnecessary personal information, wallet private keys, recovery phrases, passwords, or unrelated confidential material.

17. No General Trademark Verification Guarantee

RugFreePump does not guarantee that every token name, ticker, image, logo, description, or other submitted item is reviewed for trademark compliance before publication. The Platform may rely on Creator representations, technical processing, available administrative controls, and complaint-based review. The presence of a token or other content on RugFreePump does not constitute:
  • Confirmation of trademark ownership.
  • Verification of a trademark license.
  • Approval by a referenced brand or organization.
  • A representation that the content does not infringe third-party rights.
  • Endorsement by RugFreePump.
  • A guarantee that the Creator is legally entitled to use the relevant mark.
Users should independently evaluate claims of authorization, sponsorship, and affiliation. RugFreePump may take action in response to identified violations without guaranteeing that every infringement, impersonation attempt, or misleading representation will be detected or prevented. Nothing in this section limits obligations imposed by applicable law.

18. International Trademark Considerations

RugFreePump may be accessed by Users located in different countries and jurisdictions. Trademark rights, registration systems, infringement standards, exceptions, and remedies vary by jurisdiction. A mark protected in one country may not have identical protection in another. RugFreePump may consider:
  • The jurisdiction in which trademark rights are claimed.
  • The nature and extent of those rights.
  • The relevant goods or services.
  • The allegedly infringing use.
  • Whether the use is likely to create legally relevant confusion.
  • Applicable defenses or exceptions.
  • Other relevant legal and factual circumstances.
Submission of a trademark complaint does not establish that the same trademark rights apply universally. These Guidelines do not designate an exclusive governing-law jurisdiction or court. Any applicable governing-law or dispute-resolution provisions in the Terms of Service remain subject to mandatory legal requirements.

19. Third-Party Services and Independent Content

Some content associated with RugFreePump may also be displayed or stored by independent services. These may include:
  • IPFS-related storage providers.
  • Independent IPFS gateways.
  • Blockchain explorers.
  • Wallet applications.
  • Decentralized exchanges.
  • Token information websites.
  • Search engines.
  • Social-media platforms.
  • Other independent applications.
Such services may have their own trademark complaint procedures. RugFreePump cannot guarantee that action taken through its own database or interfaces will cause independent third parties to remove or restrict the same content. Where necessary, rights holders may need to contact the relevant third-party service providers directly. RugFreePump is not responsible for administering trademark policies on behalf of independent third parties. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

20. Changes to These Guidelines

RugFreePump may update or revise these Guidelines to reflect changes in:
  • Platform functionality.
  • Content-moderation capabilities.
  • Trademark complaint procedures.
  • Token metadata handling.
  • Administrative tools.
  • Intellectual property laws.
  • Third-party infrastructure.
  • Operational requirements.
  • Other relevant circumstances.
Updated versions may be published through the official RugFreePump website. Where appropriate, RugFreePump may identify revisions through updated version numbers and publication dates. These Guidelines are separately published and are not included in the Platform’s three-document wallet-signed consent bundle. Accordingly, updates to these Guidelines do not automatically require a new wallet signature. Nothing in this section eliminates any notice, consent, or other requirement imposed by applicable law.

21. Contact Information

Trademark complaints, Creator responses, requests concerning RugFreePump branding, and related legal inquiries may be directed to: Platform: RugFreePump Official Website: rugfreepump.com Trademark and Legal Contact: legal@rugfreepump.com When submitting a complaint, provide enough information to identify the relevant trademark, disputed content, and basis for your claim. Do not disclose wallet private keys, recovery phrases, passwords, or unrelated sensitive information. Users should rely on official communication channels identified through the RugFreePump website.
Important Final Notice RugFreePump respects trademark rights and prohibits unlawful impersonation, misleading affiliation, and trademark infringement through the Platform. Creators remain responsible for the legality of their submitted coin names, tickers, images, descriptions, and other content. RugFreePump operates selective seven-field metadata moderation through its Platform-controlled database and interfaces, subject to applicable law and its policies. Existing administrative controls allow independent suppression of name, symbol, image_url, description, website, twitter, and telegram by setting selected Platform database fields to NULL, displaying Not Available for suppressed token names and symbols, displaying a neutral placeholder icon for suppressed token images, and hiding suppressed descriptions and external links. Such actions do not guarantee removal of the underlying token, original metadata, blockchain records, decentralized content, or independently available copies. Nothing in these Guidelines waives mandatory rights, defenses, remedies, or obligations established by applicable law.
