Important Risk Warning: Creating, purchasing, claiming, holding, transferring, or trading digital tokens involves substantial financial, technical, operational, security, and legal risks. You may lose some or all of the funds you commit, including amounts spent on Platform fees, network fees, and other transaction costs. A successful token purchase does not guarantee that purchased tokens can immediately be claimed, transferred, or traded. A finalized token sale does not guarantee successful liquidity migration, and liquidity migration does not guarantee a functioning, liquid, or profitable market. RugFreePump uses upgradeable smart contracts and currently operates under concentrated administrative authority without multisignature governance. Do not participate unless you understand these risks and can afford the potential loss of your committed funds.

1. General Digital Asset Risks

1.1 High-Risk Nature of Digital Assets

Digital tokens are speculative assets that may experience extreme and unpredictable changes in value. Their prices may be influenced by:
  • Market supply and demand.
  • Speculation and investor sentiment.
  • Trading activity and available liquidity.
  • Actions taken by token Creators or holders.
  • Concentration of token ownership.
  • Market manipulation.
  • Changes in blockchain infrastructure.
  • Technical failures or security incidents.
  • Regulatory developments.
  • Broader cryptocurrency market conditions.
  • Events unrelated to the underlying token or its Creator.
A token’s market value may decline rapidly, including to zero. Users should be prepared for the possibility of losing their entire financial commitment.

1.2 No Guaranteed Economic Value

The creation or purchase of a token does not establish that it has intrinsic value, an enforceable claim against an issuer, or a guaranteed economic benefit. Unless a separate, legally enforceable arrangement expressly provides otherwise, holding a token created through RugFreePump does not automatically grant:
  • Ownership in RugFreePump.
  • Equity in a Creator’s business.
  • Rights to Platform revenue.
  • Guaranteed dividends or distributions.
  • Redemption rights against RugFreePump.
  • Guaranteed access to goods or services.
  • A minimum resale price.
  • Protection against market losses.
Any rights associated with a particular token must be independently verified.

1.3 No Guaranteed Returns

RugFreePump does not guarantee that any token will appreciate in value, generate income, maintain a market price, or provide a profitable trading opportunity. Past performance, displayed market activity, historical transaction volumes, rankings, and other statistics do not predict future results. Users should not purchase tokens based on an expectation of guaranteed profits.

2. Nature of RugFreePump and Its Role

RugFreePump provides blockchain-based infrastructure and interfaces for token creation, bonding-curve token sales, liquidity migration, token claiming, and related functionality. The Platform’s technical mechanisms are intended to support particular transaction rules and token-sale processes. However, the existence of those mechanisms does not eliminate financial, technical, governance, or counterparty-related risks. RugFreePump does not guarantee the legitimacy, intentions, financial condition, competence, or future conduct of any Creator. The Platform’s ordinary functionality does not constitute banking, brokerage, investment-advisory, or custodial services. The legal characterization of any activity depends on applicable law. RugFreePump does not provide personalized investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. The Platform’s name, features, smart-contract design, and stated anti-rug objectives must not be interpreted as a guarantee that rug pulls, scams, manipulation, liquidity failures, or financial losses cannot occur.

3. Token Creator and Project Risks

3.1 Permissionless Token Creation

RugFreePump supports token creation by eligible Users through its available Platform functionality. The ability to create a token does not mean that the Creator has been independently verified, approved, endorsed, or assessed for financial reliability. A Creator may:
  • Provide inaccurate or misleading information.
  • Impersonate another person, organization, or project.
  • Use unauthorized names, images, or branding.
  • Make unsupported promises about future token value.
  • Promote unrealistic financial expectations.
  • Abandon the token or associated community.
  • Engage in deceptive promotional activity.
  • Fail to fulfill statements made outside the Platform.
Users must independently assess token Creators and their representations.

3.2 Creator-Controlled Information

Token names, symbols, descriptions, images, websites, social-media accounts, and other metadata may originate from Creators. Such information may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, deceptive, or malicious. RugFreePump does not guarantee the authenticity or accuracy of Creator-submitted information. A token’s appearance on the Platform does not establish that its Creator owns the displayed brand, website, image, or other associated material.

3.3 Creator Abandonment

A Creator may stop supporting a token after its creation or sale. The Creator may cease communications, discontinue promotional activities, abandon related services, or otherwise withdraw from the project. Successful token creation, sale finalization, or liquidity migration does not guarantee continued Creator participation.

3.4 Third-Party Impersonation

Malicious actors may create tokens that resemble established projects, public figures, companies, or other digital assets. Similar names, symbols, images, and links do not establish legitimate affiliation. Users should independently verify project identities and official communication channels.

4. Bonding-Curve Pricing Risks

4.1 Automated Pricing

RugFreePump uses smart-contract-based bonding-curve mechanisms for supported token sales. Token allocations and purchase conditions depend on the applicable on-chain pricing logic, transaction inputs, and current sale state. A bonding curve does not guarantee that a token has fair market value or that Buyers will later be able to sell their tokens at an equivalent or higher price.

4.2 Price Changes During Sales

The effective purchase conditions may change as transactions are executed. Relevant factors may include:
  • Earlier purchases.
  • The remaining token allocation.
  • The amount contributed.
  • The applicable pricing calculation.
  • Oracle-derived pricing data.
  • Platform fees.
  • Transaction ordering.
  • Slippage restrictions.
  • Changes in the on-chain sale state.
An estimate displayed before a transaction is submitted may differ from the outcome of the executed transaction.

4.3 Slippage and Execution Risk

A transaction may fail if its execution conditions no longer satisfy the Buyer’s accepted limits. Slippage protections can reduce certain execution risks but do not guarantee:
  • Successful transaction execution.
  • A profitable purchase.
  • A particular future market price.
  • Protection from subsequent token depreciation.
  • Successful liquidity migration.
Network fees may still be incurred when a submitted transaction fails.

4.4 No Secondary-Market Price Guarantee

A token’s bonding-curve purchase price does not guarantee its later trading price on a decentralized exchange. After liquidity migration, market prices may differ substantially from prices or valuations displayed during the bonding-curve sale. Users may experience immediate or substantial losses when secondary-market trading begins.

5. Token Sale Completion and Finalization Risks

5.1 Completion Is Conditional

A token sale may finalize only when the applicable smart-contract conditions are satisfied. These conditions may include fundraising limits, sale state, transaction requirements, and other programmed restrictions. A sale that attracts substantial participation may nevertheless fail to reach finalization.

5.2 Sale Expiration

A token sale may expire without reaching its required completion conditions. Expiration may prevent the sale from proceeding to ordinary liquidity migration. Users should not assume that every token sale will successfully complete.

5.3 Finalization Does Not Guarantee Migration

Sale finalization and liquidity migration are distinct operations. A finalized sale may remain awaiting liquidity migration because of technical failures, administrative restrictions, external protocol conditions, or other circumstances. Successful finalization does not guarantee that Buyers will immediately be able to claim or trade their purchased tokens.

5.4 Delays and Uncertain Outcomes

A sale may remain in an intermediate state while awaiting an eligible transaction, administrative action, infrastructure availability, or resolution of a technical issue. There is no guarantee that every delayed operation can be completed or resolved within a particular period. Users should account for the possibility that committed assets or purchased token allocations may remain inaccessible for longer than expected.

6. Token Purchase and Claiming Risks

6.1 Purchase Does Not Mean Immediate Token Delivery

Under RugFreePump’s supported sale mechanisms, a successful purchase records the Buyer’s purchased token allocation according to the applicable on-chain accounting. Purchased tokens are not necessarily transferred immediately into the Buyer’s wallet when the purchase executes. The Buyer may need to wait for successful liquidity migration and subsequently initiate a separate token-claiming transaction.

6.2 Claiming Depends on Smart-Contract Conditions

Token claiming is subject to the applicable sale state, token sale model, recorded allocation, and other smart-contract conditions. A successful purchase does not independently guarantee that a claim transaction can be executed immediately or at a specific future time.

6.3 Claim Transaction Risks

Claiming may require:
  • A compatible wallet.
  • Sufficient SOL for applicable transaction costs.
  • An available blockchain connection.
  • Appropriate token-account arrangements.
  • Satisfaction of the relevant smart-contract conditions.
  • Successful execution of the claim transaction.
Claim attempts may fail because of network conditions, account errors, software defects, maintenance restrictions, or other technical circumstances.

6.4 Claiming Does Not Guarantee Trading

Successfully claiming tokens does not guarantee that they can be sold at a particular price or that an active market will exist. Token transferability and token liquidity are separate considerations. A Buyer may hold transferable tokens that have little or no market demand.

7. TU — Token Unlocked Sale Model Risks

7.1 TU Model Operation

Under the Token Unlocked (“TU”) sale model, purchased token allocations become eligible for claiming after successful liquidity migration, subject to the applicable smart-contract conditions. TU does not mean that purchased tokens are automatically transferred to the Buyer’s wallet at the moment of purchase.

7.2 Dependence on Liquidity Migration

If liquidity migration is delayed, fails, or cannot be completed, the Buyer may be unable to claim the purchased TU allocation through the ordinary claiming mechanism. The absence of a scheduled post-migration vesting restriction does not eliminate the requirement for successful migration.

7.3 Market Risk Following Unlocking

Once TU tokens become claimable and transferable, holders may attempt to sell their tokens. Large or concentrated sales may create significant downward price pressure. Early trading activity may be volatile, particularly where available liquidity or demand is limited.

7.4 No Guaranteed Exit

Immediate claim eligibility after migration does not guarantee that a Buyer can sell the claimed tokens without substantial slippage or financial loss. TU means the applicable purchased allocation is not subject to the TL scheduled unlocking mechanism; it does not mean that liquidity or profitability is guaranteed.

8. TL — Token Locked Sale Model Risks

8.1 TL Model Operation

Under the Token Locked (“TL”) sale model, purchased token allocations are subject to a scheduled unlocking mechanism. The schedule is determined by the applicable sale-specific on-chain parameters. These may include:
  • The interval between token unlock cycles.
  • The total number of unlock cycles.
  • The unlock schedule’s starting timestamp.

8.2 Unlock Schedule Start

For the implemented TL model, the unlock schedule begins when liquidity migration is successfully finalized. The unlock schedule does not begin merely because a Buyer has purchased tokens or because the bonding-curve sale has finalized. If migration is delayed, the beginning of the unlock schedule is correspondingly delayed. If migration cannot be completed, the ordinary unlock schedule may not begin.

8.3 Restricted Access to Purchased Tokens

A TL Buyer may be unable to claim the entire purchased allocation immediately after liquidity migration. Only the amount made claimable under the applicable smart-contract schedule and accounting rules may be available at a given time. This restriction may prevent the Buyer from transferring or selling tokens during favorable market conditions.

8.4 Unlock Cycle Calculations

Claimable allocations depend on elapsed unlock cycles, previously claimed allocations, and the applicable smart-contract calculations. Token amounts may be subject to integer arithmetic, rounding, and other programmed accounting rules. Users should not assume that every claim will produce an identical token amount or that an arbitrary partial period creates a proportionate unlock entitlement.

8.5 Sale-Specific Schedule Variations

Administrative default unlock settings may be updated for future token sales. Individual TL sales may retain the parameters recorded when they were created. Users must not assume that every TL sale uses the same unlock interval, total cycle count, or unlocking duration. Buyers should review the relevant sale-specific parameters before purchasing.

8.6 Price Changes During Lock Periods

Token prices may decline significantly while purchased allocations remain locked. The ability to claim tokens gradually does not guarantee that those tokens will retain their value. A Buyer may be unable to sell locked allocations before a market downturn. Scheduled unlocking may increase the number of tokens available for transfer or sale. If substantial allocations become claimable around the same time, market selling pressure may increase. The existence of an unlock schedule does not guarantee stable token prices or orderly trading.

8.8 No Guarantee of Future Claim Availability

Even where a scheduled unlock cycle has elapsed, successful claiming may depend on the continued operation of the relevant blockchain, smart contract, and supporting infrastructure. A scheduled unlock is not a guarantee of successful token delivery, market liquidity, or economic value.

9. Withdrawal and Refund Risks

9.1 Withdrawals Are Conditional

RugFreePump supports withdrawals in certain smart-contract states, including eligible expired or administratively canceled sales. Withdrawals are not unrestricted redemption rights. A Buyer may withdraw only when the applicable on-chain conditions permit the operation and a refundable balance exists.

9.2 Refundable Contributions

Where withdrawal is permitted, the refundable amount is determined by the smart contract’s recorded contribution accounting and applicable state. The withdrawal mechanism does not guarantee reimbursement of every amount originally spent by the Buyer.

9.3 Previously Collected Fees Are Not Returned

Platform fees actually charged and collected during token creation or token purchases are not refunded merely because a sale expires, is canceled, fails to finalize, cannot migrate, or otherwise fails to produce the expected outcome. In particular, purchase fees previously deducted and collected are not included in the Buyer’s refundable contribution. The implemented withdrawal mechanism does not impose a separate protocol withdrawal fee, but this does not make previously collected purchase fees refundable. Any mandatory rights or remedies provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

9.4 Withdrawal Execution Risks

An eligible withdrawal may fail or be delayed because of:
  • Network congestion or outages.
  • Transaction execution failures.
  • Smart-contract errors.
  • Account-state inconsistencies.
  • Insufficient available resources.
  • Maintenance restrictions.
  • Other technical conditions.
A refundable balance does not guarantee that a withdrawal transaction will succeed at a particular time.

9.5 No General Refund After Migration

Once a sale has successfully migrated, ordinary withdrawal eligibility may no longer exist. Users must not assume that a later decline in token value, lack of trading demand, or dissatisfaction with the token creates a right to reverse the original purchase.

9.6 No Protection Against All Losses

Withdrawal mechanisms may reduce certain risks associated with qualifying failed or expired sales. They do not eliminate the risks of:
  • Previously paid Platform fees.
  • Network transaction costs.
  • Failed transactions.
  • Delayed access to funds.
  • Smart-contract vulnerabilities.
  • Administrative intervention.
  • Ineligible sale states.
  • Losses after successful migration.
The existence of a withdrawal mechanism must not be interpreted as a guarantee that Buyers cannot lose money.

10. Platform Fees and Transaction Cost Risks

10.1 Categories of Costs

Using RugFreePump may involve:
  • Token-creation fees.
  • Token-purchase fees.
  • Applicable sale-completion fees.
  • Decentralized exchange pool-creation costs.
  • Solana network transaction fees.
  • Priority fees.
  • Token-account creation or rent-related costs.
  • Third-party protocol fees.
  • Other applicable transaction costs.
The actual fees depend on the relevant smart-contract conditions, on-chain configuration, and executed transactions.

10.2 Non-Refundable Platform Fees

Platform fees actually charged and successfully collected through applicable smart-contract transactions are non-refundable except where the smart contract expressly provides otherwise or applicable law requires a refund or other remedy. This applies even if the associated token sale later expires, is canceled, fails to finalize, fails to migrate, or otherwise does not achieve its intended result. A failed transaction that does not collect a Platform fee does not create a collected Platform fee merely because the transaction was attempted.

10.3 Network Fees on Failed Transactions

Solana network fees and applicable priority fees may be charged even when a submitted transaction fails. Users may therefore incur transaction costs without receiving the intended tokens, completing a withdrawal, or successfully executing another operation.

10.4 Fee Configuration Changes

Certain Platform fees may be updated through authorized administrative controls. Fee amounts and related transaction costs may differ over time. Users should verify applicable fees before signing transactions.

10.5 SOL/USD Price Exposure

RugFreePump uses SOL and may rely on SOL/USD oracle pricing for applicable transaction calculations. Changes in SOL’s market value may affect the SOL-denominated amount associated with a USD-referenced limit or calculation. Users may also experience changes in the value of SOL while waiting for a sale to finalize, expire, migrate, or become eligible for withdrawal.

11. Liquidity Migration Risks

11.1 Migration Mechanism

RugFreePump supports liquidity migration from eligible finalized bonding-curve sales to Raydium CPMM through the applicable smart-contract mechanism. The migration process may involve:
  • Preparing designated SOL liquidity.
  • Preparing the designated token liquidity allocation.
  • Creating or initializing a supported liquidity pool.
  • Transferring assets into that pool.
  • Processing applicable costs and fees.
  • Handling liquidity-provider tokens.
  • Updating the sale’s migration state.
Each required operation introduces technical and execution risks.

11.2 Migration Is Not Guaranteed

Successful bonding-curve sale finalization does not guarantee successful liquidity migration. Migration may fail or become unavailable because of:
  • Smart-contract defects.
  • Insufficient compute resources.
  • Network congestion.
  • Invalid or incompatible account states.
  • Third-party protocol changes.
  • Required authorization failures.
  • Administrative restrictions.
  • External infrastructure failures.
  • Unexpected token or pool conditions.
  • Other technical circumstances.

11.3 Preexisting or Conflicting Pool Risk

Raydium pool initialization may fail if a conflicting or incompatible liquidity pool already exists for the relevant token pair and pool configuration. A third party may be able to establish a pool independently of RugFreePump’s intended migration process. The existence of a RugFreePump bonding-curve sale does not guarantee exclusive control over the creation of every possible external liquidity pool for that token. A conflicting pool may prevent the ordinary migration transaction from succeeding. This may delay or prevent the expected transition to decentralized exchange trading and may affect token-claiming eligibility.

11.4 Third-Party Protocol Dependency

Raydium is an independent decentralized exchange protocol. RugFreePump cannot guarantee that Raydium’s contracts, supported interfaces, account requirements, or infrastructure will remain unchanged or continuously available. A failure in an independent protocol may affect RugFreePump’s ability to complete liquidity migration or Users’ ability to trade afterward.

11.5 Migration Delays

Liquidity migration may require a separate transaction after sale finalization. A delay may arise from technical, operational, administrative, or network-related circumstances. No specific migration completion time is guaranteed unless an enforceable obligation expressly provides otherwise.

11.6 Irrecoverable or Inaccessible Assets

If a migration operation fails or encounters an unexpected state, assets may remain subject to the relevant on-chain conditions until another permitted operation succeeds. Not every failure has an available or successful recovery path. Users should not assume that funds can always be recovered, redirected, or migrated to an alternative pool.

12. Liquidity-Provider Token Burning Risks

12.1 Liquidity-Provider Tokens

A decentralized exchange liquidity pool may issue liquidity-provider (“LP”) tokens representing a position in the pool. The applicable RugFreePump migration mechanism burns the LP tokens received during successful migration.

12.2 Effect of LP Token Burning

Burning LP tokens is intended to prevent ordinary redemption of the corresponding liquidity position through those burned tokens. However, this does not guarantee that the liquidity pool will remain economically valuable, secure, or continuously accessible.

12.3 Risks That LP Burning Does Not Eliminate

LP token burning does not prevent:
  • Token price collapse.
  • Insufficient trading demand.
  • Liquidity depletion through trading activity.
  • Market manipulation.
  • Third-party protocol vulnerabilities.
  • Blockchain failures.
  • Trading interface disruptions.
  • Malicious token-holder behavior.
  • Concentrated selling pressure.
  • Changes in the relative composition of pool assets.
Burned LP tokens do not mean that a token is rug-proof, loss-proof, permanently liquid, or guaranteed to maintain a market price.

12.4 No Guarantee of Permanent Trading Availability

A pool’s existence does not guarantee that every wallet, interface, routing service, or decentralized exchange aggregator will continue supporting trading for the token. Trading may become impractical or unavailable even where an on-chain pool continues to exist.

13. Secondary-Market Trading Risks

13.1 Independent Market Pricing

After liquidity migration, token prices are determined by trading activity and the applicable decentralized exchange mechanisms. RugFreePump does not guarantee the price at which a token can be bought or sold.

13.2 Limited Liquidity

A token may have insufficient liquidity to support a User’s intended trade. Large transactions may cause significant price movement or slippage. A quoted price does not guarantee that the entire intended token amount can be sold at that price.

13.3 Price Manipulation

Secondary markets may be affected by:
  • Coordinated buying or selling.
  • Wash trading.
  • Artificial trading volume.
  • Front-running or transaction-ordering strategies.
  • Sandwich attacks.
  • Misleading promotional campaigns.
  • Concentrated token ownership.
  • Sudden large token sales.
  • Other manipulative or abusive activity.
The presence of automated pricing or blockchain transparency does not eliminate these risks.

13.4 Market Collapse

Token demand may disappear rapidly. A token may lose substantially all of its market value even after a successful bonding-curve sale and liquidity migration. RugFreePump does not guarantee an exit opportunity or buyer availability.

14. Smart-Contract Risks

14.1 Software Vulnerabilities

RugFreePump relies on blockchain programs to execute financial and token-related operations. Smart contracts may contain vulnerabilities, implementation defects, unexpected interactions, or errors that are not identified before deployment. Potential consequences include:
  • Failed transactions.
  • Incorrect calculations.
  • Inaccessible token allocations.
  • Delayed or failed withdrawals.
  • Failed liquidity migration.
  • Unauthorized asset movements.
  • Loss of funds.
  • Inconsistent or unexpected program states.

14.2 Complex Program Interactions

The Platform’s on-chain functionality interacts with Solana programs and independent protocols. These interactions may involve token accounts, program-derived addresses, system accounts, oracle data, and decentralized exchange instructions. Errors or incompatible changes in any relevant component may cause operations to fail.

14.3 Program Updates and Compatibility

Smart-contract updates may change account structures, instruction behavior, supported features, or other technical requirements. Previously created accounts or transactions may become incompatible with later software expectations if upgrades are not implemented or migrated correctly. Such compatibility issues may affect the execution of future claims, withdrawals, migration operations, or other actions.

14.4 Testing Does Not Eliminate Risk

Development testing, simulations, internal reviews, code inspections, or other security measures cannot guarantee that every vulnerability or failure condition has been identified. The absence of a known vulnerability does not establish that the smart contracts are secure against all attacks.

14.5 No Guarantee of Error-Free Operation

Users must not assume that RugFreePump’s smart contracts are immune to bugs, exploits, calculation errors, or unexpected failures.

15. Upgradeable Program and Administrative Authority Risks

15.1 Upgradeable Smart Contracts

The RugFreePump on-chain program is upgradeable. An authorized upgrade authority may deploy changes to the program’s executable code, subject to applicable blockchain controls. Such changes may affect supported functionality, transaction behavior, administrative permissions, and other program operations. The deployed program must not be treated as permanently immutable.

15.2 Current Single-Operator Control

At the time of this Disclosure, RugFreePump is operated by an individual who controls the relevant administrative and upgrade authorities. A multisignature governance arrangement has not been implemented. Important: Critical administrative authority is currently concentrated in a single operator rather than distributed across independent signers or a multisignature governance system. This structure introduces material operational, security, and governance risks.

15.3 Administrative Key Compromise

If an administrative or upgrade authority credential is lost, stolen, compromised, or misused, an unauthorized party may be able to exercise the capabilities associated with that authority. Depending on the affected authority and applicable program conditions, this may result in:
  • Unauthorized program upgrades.
  • Changes to configurable settings.
  • Disruption of supported operations.
  • Unauthorized administrative actions.
  • Interference with token sales.
  • Failed or altered migration behavior.
  • Other unexpected consequences, including potential financial losses.

15.4 Operator Error or Misconduct

Concentrated administrative authority also creates risks associated with:
  • Human error.
  • Incorrect configuration changes.
  • Mistaken administrative transactions.
  • Delayed responses to incidents.
  • Unavailability of the operator.
  • Intentional misuse of administrative capabilities.
  • Conflicts between operational decisions and User expectations.
No technical design can guarantee that an authorized person will always act correctly or in Users’ interests.

15.5 Administrative Capabilities

Subject to the applicable on-chain implementation, administrative capabilities may include:
  • Enabling or disabling maintenance mode.
  • Enabling or disabling new token creation.
  • Enabling or disabling specific sale models for new token creation.
  • Updating configurable fees.
  • Updating certain TL sale-model defaults.
  • Managing liquidity migration controls.
  • Performing eligible emergency cancellation operations.
  • Initiating supported finalized-sale recovery procedures.
  • Updating or transferring administrative authorities.
  • Upgrading the on-chain program.
The existence of a capability does not mean that it can be exercised without satisfying the applicable authorization and state requirements.

15.6 Future Governance Changes

RugFreePump may consider or implement different administrative or governance arrangements in the future, including multisignature controls. No future multisignature arrangement should be assumed to exist unless its implementation and relevant authority changes have actually occurred. A proposed governance improvement is not a guarantee that it will be implemented.

15.7 No Guarantee Against Administrative Risk

Users should independently evaluate whether they are willing to interact with upgradeable smart contracts operated under the disclosed authority structure. RugFreePump does not guarantee that program upgrades or administrative actions will never adversely affect Users.

16. Emergency Cancellation and Recovery Risks

16.1 Exceptional Administrative Mechanisms

RugFreePump supports certain administrative mechanisms for exceptional sale conditions. These may include eligible finalized-sale emergency cancellation and supported liquidity recovery operations. Such mechanisms are subject to their applicable smart-contract authorization and state conditions.

16.2 No Universal Recovery Mechanism

Not every failure, canceled sale, finalized sale, or migration issue can be resolved through an administrative recovery instruction. Recovery mechanisms may be unavailable or unsuitable depending on the relevant state.

16.3 Recovery May Be Delayed or Unsuccessful

Administrative intervention may require:
  • Identifying the relevant failure.
  • Verifying the on-chain state.
  • Determining whether an authorized recovery mechanism applies.
  • Preparing and executing additional transactions.
  • Satisfying smart-contract restrictions.
  • Waiting for network or third-party infrastructure availability.
Recovery attempts may fail.

16.4 Economic Consequences

Emergency cancellation or recovery may change the expected lifecycle of a token sale. A Buyer may become eligible for a limited withdrawal rather than receiving the originally expected token distribution. Previously collected Platform fees and other transaction costs may remain non-refundable.

16.5 No Guaranteed Intervention

RugFreePump does not guarantee that an administrator will intervene in every incident or that every intervention will successfully restore funds or complete liquidity migration. Nothing in this Disclosure eliminates any legal duty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

17. Oracle and SOL/USD Pricing Risks

17.1 Oracle Dependency

RugFreePump uses external price-oracle infrastructure, including Pyth, for applicable SOL/USD pricing calculations. Oracle information may be affected by:
  • Delayed updates.
  • Stale price data.
  • Temporary unavailability.
  • Network or infrastructure failures.
  • Incorrect or anomalous market information.
  • Changes in supported oracle services.
  • Unexpected program interactions.

17.2 Transaction Rejection

The smart contracts may reject transactions when required oracle information fails applicable validation conditions. These conditions may include price freshness, confidence, verification, or other programmed requirements. Such protections can prevent execution under certain unfavorable data conditions but may also cause otherwise intended transactions to fail.

17.3 Incorrect Pricing Risk

No oracle system can guarantee perfect accuracy or uninterrupted availability. Incorrect or unexpected pricing information may affect transaction calculations or execution conditions.

17.4 SOL Market Volatility

SOL’s value may fluctuate significantly. A contribution recorded in SOL may have a different USD-equivalent value when it is later withdrawn, migrated, or otherwise used. A USD-referenced sale limit or purchase calculation does not guarantee preservation of the USD value of a User’s SOL.

18. Solana Network Risks

18.1 Network Availability

RugFreePump operates on the Solana blockchain. The Network may experience congestion, outages, delayed transaction processing, degraded performance, or other disruptions. These events may prevent or delay token purchases, withdrawals, claims, migration transactions, and other operations.

18.2 Transaction Finality

Blockchain transactions generally cannot be arbitrarily reversed after finalization. Users may be unable to recover assets transferred to an incorrect address or through an unintended transaction.

18.3 Transaction Ordering

The order in which transactions are executed may affect bonding-curve allocations, market prices, and other outcomes. Users cannot assume that a transaction will execute in the order or at the time expected from the website interface.

18.4 Transaction Fees

Network fees and applicable priority fees may be incurred even where a transaction fails.

18.5 Network-Level Changes

Changes to Solana’s protocol, validator behavior, network configuration, supported software, or related infrastructure may affect Platform functionality. RugFreePump does not control the Solana network or guarantee its continuous operation.

19. Wallet and Private-Key Risks

19.1 Self-Custody

Users are responsible for controlling and securing their own wallets. RugFreePump does not ordinarily possess Users’ wallet private keys or recovery phrases.

19.2 Credential Loss

If a User loses access to the private keys or recovery phrases required to control a wallet, the User may permanently lose access to associated assets or token allocations. RugFreePump may be unable to restore that access.

19.3 Wallet Compromise

Malware, phishing, fraudulent applications, compromised devices, malicious browser extensions, or other attacks may expose wallet credentials or cause unauthorized transactions.

19.4 Malicious Transaction Approvals

A malicious website or application may attempt to persuade Users to sign harmful transactions. Users should carefully inspect wallet prompts and verify the intended operation before signing.

19.5 Wallet Software Failures

Wallet providers and browser integrations may experience software defects, compatibility issues, outages, or unexpected behavior. These problems may prevent access to Platform features or cause transaction failures.

19.6 No Guaranteed Asset Recovery

RugFreePump cannot guarantee recovery of assets lost through compromised wallets, exposed credentials, mistaken transfers, or unauthorized transactions.

20. Third-Party Infrastructure Risks

RugFreePump relies on independent infrastructure and protocols. These may include:
  • Solana network services.
  • Wallet providers.
  • Blockchain RPC providers.
  • Pyth price-oracle infrastructure.
  • Raydium decentralized exchange protocols.
  • Token metadata services.
  • IPFS-related storage infrastructure.
  • Cloud hosting and networking providers.
  • Content-delivery services.
  • Other independent technical services.
Third-party systems may experience outages, vulnerabilities, service restrictions, operational changes, or discontinuation. RugFreePump does not control every aspect of these systems. A third-party failure may affect the Platform even where RugFreePump’s own software is operating as intended. Users may also be subject to the independent terms, risks, and policies of those services.

21. Token Metadata and Decentralized Storage Risks

21.1 Public Metadata

Token names, symbols, images, descriptions, and associated information may be stored or distributed through publicly accessible infrastructure.

21.2 Decentralized Storage

Token metadata may be uploaded to IPFS-related storage services. Once published, content may be replicated, cached, archived, or independently hosted.

21.3 Removal Limitations

RugFreePump operates administrative content-moderation controls that can independently remove any combination of a token’s seven Creator-submitted metadata fields—name, symbol, image_url, description, website, twitter (X), and telegram—from its Platform-controlled metadata database and public interfaces. Selected database values are set to NULL; the Platform displays Not Available for removed token names or symbols, a neutral placeholder icon for removed token images, and hides removed descriptions or external links. RugFreePump may use these controls in response to intellectual-property complaints, impersonation, misleading content, harmful links, privacy concerns, or other applicable legal or Platform-policy issues, subject to applicable law. The existence of these controls does not guarantee that every complaint will result in removal. Off-chain removal or suppression may make a token harder to recognize or distinguish by its displayed name, symbol, image, or links. Users should verify the token’s mint address and relevant on-chain records rather than relying solely on displayed metadata. Removal or suppression of displayed metadata does not, by itself, cancel a token sale, reverse a blockchain transaction, change token ownership, or create withdrawal or refund rights; those outcomes depend on the applicable smart-contract conditions and law. These measures do not necessarily change the token’s original metadata or references recorded on-chain or in decentralized storage. RugFreePump cannot guarantee removal of information from independent blockchain nodes, IPFS gateways, archives, caches, wallets, explorers, decentralized exchanges, or other third-party systems.

21.4 Abandoned Uploads

Certain token-creation processes may upload images or metadata before the associated blockchain transaction is confirmed. If the creation process is abandoned or fails, uploaded material may remain accessible even if the intended token sale was never created.

21.5 Malicious Content

Creator-submitted links, images, descriptions, and other metadata may contain misleading information or direct Users to malicious third-party services. Users should not assume that externally linked content is safe merely because it appears on RugFreePump.

21.6 Privacy Implications

Public wallet activity and token metadata may reveal information about Users or enable third parties to associate blockchain activity with identifiable individuals. The separate Privacy Policy provides additional information concerning these risks and applicable privacy rights.

22. Platform Interface and Data Accuracy Risks

22.1 Off-Chain Information

RugFreePump displays certain information through off-chain services, databases, indexers, APIs, and real-time communication systems. This information may include:
  • Token sale status.
  • Purchase and withdrawal histories.
  • Token allocations.
  • Sale progress.
  • Rankings and trending information.
  • Platform statistics.
  • Transaction information.
  • Token metadata.
  • Claiming-related information.

22.2 Delays and Inconsistencies

Displayed information may be delayed, incomplete, temporarily unavailable, or inconsistent with the latest blockchain state. Such discrepancies may arise from:
  • Indexing delays.
  • Network congestion.
  • RPC failures.
  • Database processing delays.
  • Real-time communication failures.
  • Software defects.
  • Blockchain reorganizations or confirmation changes.
  • Other technical conditions.

22.3 Displayed Information Is Not a Guarantee

Users should not treat an interface estimate, notification, ranking, progress indicator, or status message as a guarantee of successful transaction execution. The applicable blockchain state and finalized transaction records determine what technically occurred on-chain. This does not eliminate any legal rights or remedies available under applicable law. Featured status, trending rankings, activity indicators, and other discovery mechanisms may be based on automated calculations. They may be influenced by concentrated activity, coordinated trading, or manipulation. Featured or trending status does not constitute endorsement, verification, financial advice, or a guarantee of token quality.

23. Platform Availability and Operational Risks

23.1 Website Availability

RugFreePump’s website, APIs, and related services may become temporarily or permanently unavailable.

23.2 Maintenance Restrictions

Administrative maintenance controls may restrict particular Platform operations. These restrictions may affect the ability to create tokens, purchase tokens, withdraw contributions, migrate liquidity, or claim tokens, depending on the applicable implementation.

23.3 Infrastructure Failures

Hosting failures, networking incidents, database problems, software defects, and other operational disruptions may affect Platform access.

23.4 Operator Availability

RugFreePump currently operates under a single-operator structure. Operational continuity may therefore be affected by the operator’s availability, ability to maintain the infrastructure, or capacity to respond to incidents.

23.5 No Guaranteed Continuous Service

RugFreePump does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of its website, interfaces, backend services, or supported operations. Where blockchain functionality is independently accessible, its availability remains subject to the applicable program and network conditions.

24. Incentive and Reward Program Risks

RugFreePump may offer Creator incentives, User rewards, or other participation-related benefits. Such programs may depend on:
  • Eligibility criteria.
  • Platform configuration.
  • Blockchain activity.
  • Snapshot calculations.
  • Reward allocation rules.
  • Available funding.
  • Administrative operations.
  • Distribution schedules.
  • Applicable laws.
Rewards may be modified, delayed, suspended, or discontinued where permitted by law and the relevant program rules. Users should not assume that participation guarantees a reward or future income. Displayed reward estimates or eligibility indicators may differ from final calculations or distributions. Already executed on-chain distributions remain subject to the applicable blockchain rules.

25. Fraud, Manipulation, and Abuse Risks

Digital asset platforms may attract fraudulent or abusive conduct. Potential threats include:
  • Fake token projects.
  • Impersonation of RugFreePump.
  • Fraudulent support accounts.
  • Phishing websites.
  • Malicious wallet connection requests.
  • False claims of guaranteed returns.
  • Artificial trading volume.
  • Coordinated price manipulation.
  • Misleading social-media promotions.
  • Unauthorized use of third-party branding.
  • Malicious token metadata.
  • Fraudulent external trading interfaces.
RugFreePump’s technical safeguards and content controls cannot guarantee prevention or detection of every malicious activity. Users should independently verify information and exercise caution when interacting with unknown projects or third parties.

26.1 Changing Regulatory Environment

Laws and regulations concerning digital assets, blockchain transactions, token issuance, decentralized exchanges, and related services may change. Regulatory authorities may adopt different interpretations of existing laws or introduce new restrictions.

26.2 Token Classification

The legal classification of a token may depend on its characteristics, distribution, marketing, associated rights, and applicable jurisdiction. A token may be treated differently under different legal frameworks. RugFreePump does not guarantee that any token created through the Platform is exempt from securities, financial-services, consumer-protection, or other applicable laws.

26.3 Geographic Restrictions

Certain activities available through the Platform may be prohibited or restricted in particular jurisdictions. Technical access to the Platform does not establish that its use is lawful in a User’s location.

26.4 Enforcement and Operational Restrictions

Regulatory developments, legal proceedings, or governmental actions may require changes to Platform operations or affect Users’ ability to access or use particular services. Users are responsible for determining whether their activities comply with applicable laws. Creators may have additional legal obligations concerning token issuance, marketing, consumer disclosures, intellectual property, and other matters. Nothing in this Disclosure eliminates legal obligations independently imposed on RugFreePump or its operator.

27. Tax Risks

Digital asset transactions may create tax liabilities. Potentially relevant activities include:
  • Token purchases.
  • Token sales.
  • Token transfers.
  • Token creation.
  • Creator proceeds.
  • Reward distributions.
  • Token claims.
  • Withdrawals.
  • Other blockchain transactions.
Tax treatment may vary by jurisdiction and individual circumstances. The value of digital assets may fluctuate between the time of a transaction and the time a tax obligation is assessed or paid. Users may incur tax liabilities even where their overall economic position is unfavorable. RugFreePump does not provide personalized tax advice and does not guarantee that its displayed records satisfy every User’s reporting obligations. Users should obtain qualified advice where appropriate.

28. No Insurance or Guaranteed Compensation

RugFreePump does not represent that User contributions, purchased tokens, or other digital assets are covered by deposit insurance, investment protection schemes, or a Platform-funded loss-compensation program. Unless a specific legally enforceable arrangement expressly provides otherwise, Users should not assume that losses will be reimbursed. The existence of smart-contract withdrawal or recovery functionality does not establish a general insurance or compensation obligation. Any mandatory rights or protections provided by applicable law remain unaffected.

29. User Responsibility and Independent Assessment

Before using RugFreePump, Users should independently evaluate:
  1. Whether they understand the operation of blockchain wallets and transactions.
  2. Whether they can afford the potential loss of their committed funds.
  3. Whether the relevant token and Creator are credible.
  4. Whether the token sale’s conditions are acceptable.
  5. Whether the selected sale model is TU or TL.
  6. Whether the token-claiming requirements are understood.
  7. Whether the TL unlock schedule, if applicable, is acceptable.
  8. Whether the possibility of failed or delayed liquidity migration is acceptable.
  9. Whether applicable Platform and network fees are understood.
  10. Whether the Platform’s upgradeable program and concentrated administrative authority are acceptable.
  11. Whether the relevant activity is lawful in their jurisdiction.
  12. Whether they understand the risks of third-party protocols and secondary-market trading.
Users should not rely solely on Platform rankings, Creator statements, social-media discussions, or projected token values. Users should not commit funds that they cannot afford to lose.

30. No Guarantee of Risk Elimination

RugFreePump’s technical architecture includes mechanisms intended to support structured token sales, defined transaction conditions, eligible withdrawals, liquidity migration, and token claiming. However, these mechanisms cannot eliminate every risk. In particular:
  • Bonding-curve pricing does not guarantee fair market value.
  • Withdrawal eligibility does not guarantee reimbursement of all costs.
  • Successful sale finalization does not guarantee liquidity migration.
  • Successful liquidity migration does not guarantee profitable trading.
  • Burning LP tokens does not guarantee permanent liquidity or protection from losses.
  • TU claim eligibility does not guarantee an available secondary market.
  • TL unlocking does not guarantee token value or successful claims.
  • Oracle validation does not guarantee perfect price information.
  • Administrative controls do not eliminate governance or security risks.
  • Upgradeable smart contracts are not immutable.
  • Blockchain transparency does not prevent all fraud or manipulation.
No Platform feature should be interpreted as a guarantee against rug pulls, scams, exploits, market collapse, or financial loss. This Disclosure forms part of RugFreePump’s principal legal-document framework alongside:
  1. Terms of Service — governing Platform access, permitted activities, transaction conditions, fees, responsibilities, and contractual matters.
  2. Privacy Policy — explaining information processing, public blockchain data, decentralized storage, privacy rights, and related practices.
  3. Risk Disclosure — describing material financial, technical, operational, governance, and legal risks associated with Platform activities.
These three documents are presented through the Platform’s wallet-based legal acknowledgment process where applicable. The separately published Copyright Policy and Trademark Guidelines address copyright-related complaints and permitted brand use. They are not part of the three-document wallet-signed acknowledgment bundle. This Disclosure supplements the Terms of Service and does not replace the actual technical conditions enforced by the applicable smart contracts. If a description differs from the execution of a blockchain transaction, the applicable blockchain records determine what technically occurred. This does not remove any legal rights or remedies available under applicable law. Nothing in this Disclosure excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This Disclosure does not designate an exclusive governing-law jurisdiction, forum, or mandatory arbitration procedure. Applicable law determines the legal rights, obligations, and procedures relevant to particular circumstances.

32. Changes to This Risk Disclosure

RugFreePump may update this Disclosure to reflect changes in:
  • Platform functionality.
  • Smart-contract implementation.
  • Supported token sale models.
  • Token-claiming mechanisms.
  • Liquidity migration procedures.
  • Administrative authority arrangements.
  • Identified technical or financial risks.
  • Third-party infrastructure.
  • Applicable legal or regulatory requirements.
  • Other material circumstances.
Updated versions will be identified by their applicable version and publication information. Where the Platform requires acceptance of an updated version, Users may be required to complete a new wallet-based consent process before accessing protected features. Previous document versions and associated acknowledgment records may be retained for legitimate verification, compliance, or dispute-resolution purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy. An updated Disclosure does not automatically modify completed blockchain transactions or remove mandatory legal rights. Users should review the current version before participating in new token sales or other Platform operations.

33. Contact and Official Information

Users may obtain official Platform information and submit questions concerning this Disclosure through: Website: rugfreepump.com Legal Contact: legal@rugfreepump.com Users should rely on communication channels expressly identified through the official Platform website. Final Acknowledgment By participating in RugFreePump token creation, token purchases, withdrawals, liquidity migration, token claiming, or related blockchain activities, you acknowledge that these activities involve substantial risks, including the potential loss of all committed funds. You further acknowledge that RugFreePump’s smart contracts are upgradeable, critical administrative authority is currently concentrated in a single operator without multisignature governance, token claiming depends on applicable smart-contract conditions, liquidity migration is not guaranteed, and neither TU nor TL token sale models guarantee liquidity, profitability, or protection against financial loss. Nothing in this acknowledgment waives any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
