- Your token and associated promotional activities comply with applicable laws.
- Your submissions are not intentionally false, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.
- You will not impersonate another individual, organization, project, or brand.
- You will not use the Platform to facilitate prohibited or unlawful activities.
6.3 No Endorsement or Verification
RugFreePump does not guarantee the identity, credibility, financial condition, legitimacy, or intentions of a Creator. The creation, display, ranking, trending status, or featuring of a token does not constitute approval, independent verification, an investment recommendation, or endorsement by RugFreePump. Rankings and analytics may be derived from automated on-chain or off-chain data and can be incomplete, delayed, or manipulated by third parties. Users must independently assess each token and its associated risks. RugFreePump does not guarantee that token metadata, external links, images, or Creator statements are accurate, safe, or current.6.4 Creator Responsibility for Communications
Creators are responsible for their own statements, promotional materials, representations, promises, and communications concerning their tokens. Creators must not imply that RugFreePump guarantees token performance, liquidity, price appreciation, profitability, or legal compliance.6.5 Publication, Storage, and Removal of Token Metadata
Token images and metadata may be uploaded to public or publicly accessible storage infrastructure, including IPFS-related services and content-delivery systems. Once information has been published or referenced by a blockchain transaction, it may remain accessible through independent gateways, caches, archives, nodes, or third-party services. RugFreePump can selectively remove or suppress any combination of the seven Creator-submitted metadata fields maintained in its Platform database: token name (name), token symbol (symbol), token image reference (image_url), token description (description), website link (website), X link (twitter), and Telegram link (telegram). When a field is removed, its Platform database value is set to NULL. Platform interfaces display Not Available for a removed token name or symbol, a neutral placeholder icon for a removed token image, and hide removed descriptions or external links. RugFreePump may exercise these controls in response to intellectual-property complaints, impersonation, fraudulent or misleading information, malicious links, privacy concerns, or other applicable violations, subject to applicable law. These off-chain changes do not modify the original token metadata, on-chain records, publicly distributed metadata, or independently retained copies. RugFreePump cannot guarantee complete deletion from decentralized networks or independent systems.
7. Bonding-Curve Token Sales
7.1 General Operation
RugFreePump uses smart-contract-based bonding-curve mechanisms to facilitate token sales. Token pricing and allocations are determined by the applicable on-chain logic and transaction state. The amount of tokens attributable to a purchase may depend on factors including:- The current bonding-curve state.
- Previously executed purchases.
- The transaction amount.
- Applicable fees.
- Oracle pricing data.
- Slippage settings.
- Network execution order.
7.2 Sale Parameters
Token sales are subject to parameters established by the applicable smart contracts and Platform configuration. These may include:- Token supply allocation.
- Maximum fundraising limits.
- Minimum purchase amounts.
- Sale duration.
- Finalization conditions.
- Supported withdrawal conditions.
- Token sale model.
- Liquidity migration requirements.
- Token unlock schedules.
7.3 Purchase Transactions
By purchasing tokens, a Buyer authorizes the applicable blockchain transaction and accepts the associated smart-contract conditions. A purchase may fail or be rejected due to:- Insufficient wallet balance.
- Slippage restrictions.
- Changes in bonding-curve state.
- Sale expiration or finalization.
- Network congestion.
- Oracle unavailability or stale pricing.
- Smart-contract restrictions.
- Maintenance conditions.
- Other technical or blockchain-related circumstances.
7.4 No Guaranteed Return
Purchasing tokens involves substantial financial risk. RugFreePump does not guarantee:- Token appreciation.
- A minimum resale value.
- Secondary-market demand.
- Profitability.
- Liquidity availability.
- Successful liquidity migration.
- Successful execution of every transaction.
- Recovery of all amounts spent.
8. Token Sale Models: TU and TL
RugFreePump supports two token sale models.8.1 TU — Token Unlocked
Under the TU model, purchased tokens become eligible for claiming in accordance with the applicable smart-contract conditions after successful liquidity migration. A successful purchase does not necessarily mean that tokens are immediately transferable to the Buyer’s wallet. Token claiming may require a separate blockchain transaction.8.2 TL — Token Locked
Under the TL model, purchased tokens are subject to a scheduled unlocking mechanism. The unlock schedule is associated with the relevant token sale and is governed by its recorded smart-contract parameters. Depending on the sale configuration, these parameters include:- The interval between unlock cycles.
- The total number of unlock cycles.
- The unlock schedule’s starting timestamp.
8.3 Schedule Variations
Users must not assume that all TL token sales have identical unlock schedules. Administrative defaults may change, while an individual sale may retain the parameters recorded for that sale. Users are responsible for reviewing the applicable sale-specific unlock terms.8.4 Claiming Is Not Automatic
Eligible token allocations may require Users to initiate a claim transaction. Claim transactions may incur network costs and may be affected by maintenance, blockchain availability, or smart-contract conditions. RugFreePump does not guarantee that every claim will execute at a particular time.9. Sale Expiration, Withdrawals, and Refund Conditions
9.1 Sale Expiration
A token sale may expire if its applicable completion conditions are not satisfied within the required period. Expiration and subsequent withdrawal eligibility are determined by the relevant smart-contract state and conditions.9.2 Eligible Withdrawals
The Platform provides withdrawal functionality for certain sale states, including applicable expired or administratively canceled sales. Withdrawals are not unrestricted redemptions. A User may withdraw only where the smart contract permits the operation and the relevant refundable balance exists.9.3 Refund Calculation and Non-Refundable Fees
Where permitted, withdrawal amounts are calculated using the applicable smart-contract accounting and recorded contributions. The current withdrawal mechanism does not deduct an additional RugFreePump protocol withdrawal fee. This does not mean that fees previously collected during token creation or purchases are returned. An eligible withdrawal returns only the amount refundable under the applicable on-chain accounting. It does not reverse the original purchase or refund Platform fees already collected. In particular, Platform fees actually charged and collected in connection with token creation or token purchases are non-refundable merely because a sale expires, is canceled, does not finalize, cannot migrate, is subject to emergency intervention, or otherwise does not produce the outcome a User expected. This includes fees deducted from a purchase before its net contribution is recorded. Any withdrawal of that net contribution does not include those previously collected fees. Network transaction fees, priority fees, token-account costs, and independent third-party charges are also not reimbursed by RugFreePump as part of an ordinary smart-contract withdrawal. Fees or amounts not actually collected are not treated as collected fees. These provisions are subject to any refund or other remedy expressly required by applicable law or provided by the applicable smart-contract mechanism.9.4 No General Right to Reverse Blockchain Transactions
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once finalized. RugFreePump cannot arbitrarily reverse completed network transactions or restore assets transferred outside the applicable smart-contract recovery mechanisms.9.5 Finalized and Migrated Sales
Once a sale has reached particular finalization or migration states, ordinary withdrawal rights may no longer be available. Any exceptional cancellation or recovery mechanism is subject to its own authorization requirements and on-chain conditions. Users must not assume that all token purchases can be refunded.10. Liquidity Migration
10.1 Migration Process
When a token sale satisfies the applicable finalization conditions, the Platform supports a liquidity migration transaction to Raydium CPMM under the program’s specified conditions. The existence of that mechanism does not guarantee successful execution. The migration mechanism may involve:- Allocating designated tokens to liquidity.
- Converting or wrapping SOL as required.
- Initializing a supported liquidity pool.
- Transferring the designated assets into that pool.
- Processing applicable fees and incentives.
- Handling liquidity-provider tokens in accordance with the smart-contract implementation.
10.2 Migration Conditions
Liquidity migration is subject to technical, authorization, timing, and smart-contract conditions. These may include:- Successful sale finalization.
- Completion of an applicable migration lock period.
- Availability of the required decentralized exchange infrastructure.
- Required transaction authorization.
- Applicable administrative settings.
- Absence of conflicting recovery or cancellation states.
10.3 Migration Is Not Guaranteed
A finalized sale does not guarantee that migration will occur immediately or successfully. Migration may fail or be delayed because of:- Blockchain congestion.
- Transaction failures.
- Third-party protocol changes.
- Preexisting or conflicting liquidity pools.
- Incompatible external protocol state.
- Insufficient required resources.
- Smart-contract errors.
- Administrative restrictions.
- Other unforeseen technical conditions.
10.4 Third-Party Liquidity Pools
Following successful migration, trading activity may occur through independent decentralized exchange protocols. RugFreePump does not control every aspect of third-party liquidity pools, trading interfaces, market prices, or transaction execution.10.5 Liquidity-Provider Tokens
Where the applicable migration implementation burns liquidity-provider tokens, that action is intended to prevent ordinary redemption of the corresponding liquidity position using those burned tokens. Burning liquidity-provider tokens does not guarantee a stable market, permanent trading availability, freedom from exploits, or protection against financial loss.11. Fees and Transaction Costs
Using RugFreePump may involve several categories of fees and costs. These may include:- Token-creation fees.
- Token-purchase fees.
- Applicable sale-completion fees.
- Decentralized exchange pool-creation costs.
- Solana network transaction fees.
- Priority fees.
- Token-account creation costs.
- Third-party protocol fees.
- Other fees expressly disclosed by the applicable transaction or Platform configuration.
11.1 Fee Disclosure
Users should review the applicable fee information before authorizing transactions. Displayed fee estimates may depend on SOL/USD pricing, blockchain conditions, or current administrative settings.11.2 Network Fees
Network transaction fees are separate from Platform fees. They may be charged even where a transaction fails after submission, depending on network behavior.11.3 Non-Refundable Platform Fees
All Platform fees actually charged and successfully collected through the applicable smart-contract transaction are non-refundable, except where the applicable smart contract expressly provides otherwise or applicable law requires a refund or other remedy. This applies independently of whether a token sale later expires, is canceled, fails to finalize, fails to migrate, enters an emergency recovery process, or otherwise does not achieve its intended outcome. In particular:- A token-creation fee collected on a successfully executed creation transaction is not refunded because the created sale subsequently expires, is canceled, or fails to migrate.
- A purchase fee collected when a buy transaction succeeds is not included in a later withdrawal of the Buyer’s refundable contribution. An expired or canceled sale does not reverse the original purchase fee.
- Any sale-completion fee is assessed only if and when the applicable on-chain conditions for that fee are met; where collected, it is not automatically reversible because a later migration or other operation fails.
- DEX pool-creation charges, network fees, priority fees, rent or account-creation expenses, and independent third-party charges are distinct from Platform fees and are not ordinarily reimbursed by RugFreePump.
11.4 Refunds Are Different From Platform Fees
A smart-contract withdrawal, if available, is a limited return of a Buyer’s eligible contribution according to on-chain rules, not a refund of every amount the Buyer spent. Creators and Buyers must account for the possibility that their paid Platform fees and network costs will not be recovered even if the sale does not complete. The Platform does not guarantee that a refund transaction will succeed in all circumstances. No general refund is available solely because a token falls in market value, lacks buyers, becomes illiquid, or fails to meet a User’s expectations.11.5 Fee Changes
RugFreePump may modify configurable fees through authorized procedures. Changes do not necessarily alter transactions that have already been finalized on-chain. Users are responsible for reviewing current fees before executing new transactions.12. Administrative Authority and Platform Controls
12.1 Upgradeable Smart Contracts
The RugFreePump on-chain program is upgradeable. Authorized parties may be able to deploy program updates that modify supported functionality, subject to the relevant blockchain authority controls. Users must not assume that the program’s code is permanently immutable.12.2 Centralized Administrative Authority
Certain important Platform functions are controlled by designated administrative authorities. At the time of this version, a single operator controls the relevant administrative and upgrade authorities; a multisignature governance arrangement has not been implemented. Users should assess the resulting concentration-of-control and key-compromise risks. The concentration of administrative authority introduces operational, security, and governance risks, including the possibility of mistakes, unavailable personnel, malicious conduct, or compromise of authority credentials. No statement in these Terms should be interpreted as a guarantee that administrative privileges will always be exercised correctly or in Users’ interests.12.3 Administrative Capabilities
Subject to the applicable on-chain implementation, administrative capabilities may include:- Enabling or disabling Platform maintenance mode.
- Enabling or disabling new token creation.
- Enabling or disabling specific token sale models for new token creation.
- Updating configurable Platform fees.
- Updating certain sale-model parameters.
- Managing liquidity migration controls.
- Performing authorized emergency cancellation operations.
- Activating or managing certain finalized-sale recovery mechanisms.
- Updating or transferring designated administrative authorities.
- Upgrading the on-chain program.
12.4 Maintenance and Restrictions
RugFreePump may temporarily restrict supported operations for maintenance, security, technical incidents, or legal compliance. Such restrictions may prevent Users from initiating particular actions through the Platform. Maintenance controls may also affect the execution of applicable on-chain instructions.12.5 No Guarantee of Administrative Intervention
RugFreePump does not guarantee that an administrator will intervene, cancel a sale, recover assets, complete migration, or resolve every technical issue. Administrative recovery mechanisms may be unavailable, unsuitable, or unsuccessful in particular circumstances.13. Emergency Cancellation and Recovery
Certain exceptional circumstances may permit authorized administrative intervention under the smart contracts. These mechanisms may include emergency cancellation of eligible finalized sales and recovery procedures for qualifying sale states. Such actions are subject to specific on-chain requirements. Users acknowledge that:- Emergency actions may change the expected lifecycle of a sale.
- Recovery procedures are not available for every sale or failure.
- An emergency cancellation may affect migration eligibility and withdrawal rights.
- Successful recovery of all assets is not guaranteed.
- Authorized interventions may require additional transactions, operational coordination, or time.
14. Creator Incentives and Platform Rewards
RugFreePump may offer creator incentives, User rewards, or other promotional or participation-related benefits. Such programs may be subject to:- Eligibility criteria.
- Applicable blockchain state.
- Program configuration.
- Snapshot or calculation rules.
- Available reward allocations.
- Distribution schedules.
- Fraud-prevention controls.
- Applicable laws.
15. User-Generated Content and Intellectual Property
15.1 User Content

- Impersonates another person or organization.
- Contains fraudulent or materially deceptive representations.
- Violates applicable law.
- Distributes malicious software or harmful links.
- Unlawfully exposes another person’s private information.
- Promotes illegal activity.
- Otherwise violates these Terms.
15.3 Content Moderation
RugFreePump can selectively remove or suppress any combination of the seven Creator-submitted metadata fields identified in Section 6.5 through its Platform-controlled database and interfaces. Moderation may be applied to individual fields without removing the entire token project, including in response to intellectual-property complaints, impersonation, fraudulent or misleading content, harmful links, privacy concerns, or other violations, subject to applicable law. Affected fields are cleared from the Platform database and represented by neutral placeholders or omitted links as described in Section 6.5. These actions do not, by themselves, cancel a token sale, reverse a blockchain transaction, alter token ownership or claim entitlements, prevent independent trading, or establish a refund entitlement. However, removal from the Platform’s website or hosted infrastructure does not necessarily remove:- Blockchain transactions.
- Token mint records.
- Public token metadata references.
- Copies stored by third parties.
- Content replicated through decentralized storage networks.
15.4 Copyright and Trademark Complaints
Copyright-related complaints are addressed under the Platform’s separately published Copyright Policy, subject to applicable law. Use of RugFreePump names, logos, and other brand identifiers is subject to the Platform’s Trademark Guidelines.
