After a bonding curve sale successfully completes liquidity migration to Raydium CPMM, buyers can claim their purchased tokens according to the selected Token Unlocked (TU) or Token Locked (TL) sale model. Purchased tokens are not automatically transferred to buyers’ wallets after liquidity migration. Buyers must initiate a token claim transaction to receive them. For more information about the two token sale models and their claiming conditions, see Token Sale Models.

Eligibility & UI Visibility

The Claim Token panel will automatically appear on the specific sale page only if the following conditions are met:
  • The sale is officially in the Migrated state.
  • You have connected the exact wallet used to purchase tokens from that sale.
  • Your wallet has a recorded purchased token allocation for the sale.
The panel displays your claiming information according to the selected sale model and remains visible after your entire allocation has been claimed. Note: If you did not participate in the sale or are not logged in with the participating wallet, the claiming panel will remain hidden.

Token Unlocked (TU) Claim Panel

For TU sales, the Claim Token panel displays your purchased token allocation and claiming status. Once liquidity migration succeeds, your entire purchased allocation becomes available to claim in a single transaction. After a successful claim, Available To Claim and Claimable Balance become zero, Total Claimed reflects your full allocation, and the claim button displays Fully Claimed.

Token Locked (TL) Claim Panel

For TL sales, the Claim Token panel displays your token balances, unlock progress, and next scheduled unlock.

Token Balances

Note: For TL sales, Claimable Balance includes tokens that have not yet unlocked. Check Available To Claim to see the amount you can claim immediately.

Unlock Progress & Countdown

Once the entire allocation has unlocked, Next Unlock In displays Fully Unlocked. Fully Unlocked does not mean Fully Claimed. Any remaining tokens must still be claimed through a wallet transaction. You do not need to claim tokens at every unlock interval. Unclaimed unlocked tokens remain available for later claiming. Once your entire allocation has been claimed, the claim button displays Fully Claimed.

Understanding Your Claimable Amount

The token balances displayed on the frontend are calculated using RugFreePump’s claiming data and the sale’s recorded information. While this data is typically accurate, temporary indexing delays or synchronization issues may occasionally display an incorrect balance. However, frontend display issues do not change your on-chain token allocation or claiming eligibility. The on-chain program determines the actual amount available to claim.

Transaction Fees

RugFreePump charges zero protocol fees for processing token claims. You only need to cover the standard Solana network transaction fee and any applicable token-account creation costs. For TL sales, each separate claim requires its own transaction fee. Please ensure your wallet holds sufficient SOL before initiating a claim.

Step-by-Step Claiming Process

Once the sale status updates to Migrated and you have tokens available to claim, follow these steps:
  1. Initiate the Request: Navigate to the sale page and click Claim followed by your token symbol. The UI will display: Preparing The Transaction...
  2. Approve in Wallet: Your connected wallet extension will prompt you with a transaction signature request while the page displays: Waiting For Transaction Approval... Review the details and click Approve.
  3. Network Confirmation: The platform will monitor the blockchain for confirmation, displaying: Waiting For Transaction Confirmation...
Once the transaction is confirmed, the interface displays Transaction Succeeded with a Tx Link to view the transaction on Solscan, and your claimed tokens will reflect in your wallet. For TU sales, the entire allocation is claimed in one transaction. For TL sales, you can return to claim additional tokens as they unlock.

Troubleshooting Failed Transactions

If your transaction fails or does not complete, verify the following before trying again:
  • Your wallet is actively connected and matches the purchasing address.
  • The sale is officially in the Migrated state.
  • You have tokens available under Available To Claim.
  • You have sufficient SOL to cover the Solana network fee and any applicable token-account creation costs.
  • Token claiming is not temporarily restricted by platform maintenance.
If the interface displays Claims are temporarily unavailable, wait until maintenance is completed before trying again. If the interface displays Transaction Confirmation Timeout, check the provided Tx Link to verify the transaction status before submitting another claim. If the transaction succeeded but your displayed balances have not updated, allow time for the data indexer to synchronize and refresh the sale page. If you meet all criteria and still cannot claim, please open a ticket with RugFreePump Support.
