Questions are organized by topic so you can quickly find the information relevant to you. For detailed instructions and explanations, follow the links to the corresponding documentation pages.

General Questions

001. What is RugFreePump?

RugFreePump is a Solana-native, high-conviction crowdfunded token launchpad. It allows creators to launch tokens through structured bonding curve sales and enables contributors to purchase token allocations using SOL. Instead of allowing ordinary buying and selling within the bonding curve during fundraising, RugFreePump focuses on reaching a defined fundraising threshold. When a sale successfully reaches its threshold, it can proceed to liquidity migration on Raydium CPMM. If a sale expires without reaching its threshold, contributors can withdraw their contributed SOL according to the protocol’s rules. Learn more in Overview.

002. How is RugFreePump different from traditional bonding curve launchpads?

Traditional bonding curve launchpads commonly allow users to buy and sell tokens through the bonding curve while a sale is active. RugFreePump uses a different approach. During active fundraising:
  • Contributors can purchase token allocations.
  • There is no standard bonding-curve sell-back operation.
  • Purchased tokens remain under protocol-controlled custody.
  • Contributions move the sale toward its fundraising threshold.
  • Public trading is intended to begin after successful liquidity migration.
This creates a structured fundraising phase rather than an unrestricted bonding-curve trading environment.

003. Does RugFreePump guarantee that a project will succeed?

No. RugFreePump enforces specific token-sale rules through its on-chain program, but it cannot guarantee a creator’s honesty, project development, future token demand, market performance, or profitability. A successful token launch can still result in substantial financial losses.

004. Which blockchain does RugFreePump use?

RugFreePump operates on the Solana blockchain. Its core financial operations are executed through the RugFreePump on-chain program.

005. Who can use RugFreePump?

RugFreePump is designed for three main types of users:
  • Visitors: Explore token projects, sale information, statistics, and documentation.
  • Creators: Create tokens, launch bonding curve sales, and migrate completed sales to Raydium CPMM.
  • Contributors: Purchase tokens, track sale progress, claim purchased allocations, and withdraw eligible contributions.
Users can participate in more than one category. For example, a creator can also purchase tokens from other sales.

006. Can I explore RugFreePump without connecting a wallet?

Yes. You can browse publicly available token information, sale pages, profiles, statistics, and documentation without connecting a wallet. A supported wallet is required to perform financial operations.

007. Does RugFreePump require a traditional username and password?

No. RugFreePump uses wallet-based authentication for its main user functionality. You connect and authenticate using a supported Solana wallet.

008. Does RugFreePump hold my SOL or tokens in a personal account?

RugFreePump does not operate as a traditional custodial wallet service. Your connected wallet remains under your control. However, SOL contributed to bonding curve sales and purchased token allocations are handled by protocol-controlled on-chain accounts according to the sale’s rules. Purchased token allocations are not immediately transferred to your personal wallet during fundraising.

009. Can I use RugFreePump on mobile?

RugFreePump can be accessed through supported desktop and mobile browsers. Wallet connection and transaction approval depend on your wallet application’s capabilities and the browser or device being used.

010. Where can I see tokens I created or purchased?

Connect your wallet and open the available profile interface. Your profile can display projects associated with your wallet, including created sales and sales in which you participated. Temporary indexing delays may affect when recently completed transactions appear.

Wallets and Getting Started

011. Which wallets does RugFreePump support?

RugFreePump currently supports:
  • Phantom
  • Solflare
Both are non-custodial Solana wallets. See Getting Started for setup instructions.

012. Do I need SOL to use RugFreePump?

You do not need SOL merely to browse publicly available information. You need SOL to perform supported financial operations, including token purchases and transactions that require Solana network fees. The amount required depends on the operation.

013. How do I connect my wallet?

  1. Visit the official RugFreePump website.
  2. Select Sign In.
  3. Choose Phantom or Solflare.
  4. Review the wallet connection request.
  5. Approve the connection.
Additional wallet authentication or consent may be required before financial operations.

014. Can I connect a different wallet later?

Yes. However, wallet-specific purchase records, claiming entitlements, and withdrawal eligibility remain associated with the relevant on-chain wallet addresses. Connecting a different wallet does not transfer another wallet’s recorded rights or assets.

015. Does connecting my wallet give RugFreePump permission to spend my funds?

No. Connecting a wallet does not itself authorize the transfer of SOL or tokens. Financial transactions require their own applicable wallet approvals. Always review transaction requests before signing.

016. Why should I keep some SOL in my wallet?

Solana transactions require network fees. Certain operations may also require token-account creation or other account-related costs. Keep enough SOL available to cover the transaction you intend to perform.

017. What happens if I lose access to my wallet?

You may lose access to the assets and on-chain entitlements associated with that wallet if you cannot recover it through your wallet provider’s supported recovery process. RugFreePump cannot recover your private key or recovery phrase. Never share your recovery phrase or private key with anyone. For additional guidance, see Trust & Safety.
RugFreePump Consent is a wallet-based acknowledgment process required before performing financial operations through the official Platform. It confirms that the connected wallet has acknowledged the applicable versions of the required documents. See RugFreePump Consent. Current consent is required before performing operations such as:
  • Creating a coin.
  • Buying bonding curve sale tokens.
  • Withdrawing contributed SOL.
  • Migrating raised liquidity.
  • Claiming purchased tokens.
You do not need to complete consent simply to browse the Platform. No. The consent process uses a wallet message signature, not an on-chain financial transaction. It does not transfer SOL or tokens and does not require Solana network transaction fees. No. The consent signature records your acknowledgment of the applicable documents. It does not authorize RugFreePump to spend your wallet’s assets. RugFreePump associates consent with specific document versions. When a required document version changes, the Platform may require you to review and acknowledge the updated document set before performing another financial operation. Consent is also associated with the wallet address that completed it.

023. Can I continue browsing if I do not agree?

Yes. You can select Logout when the consent prompt is displayed and continue browsing publicly available information. Financial operations requiring consent remain unavailable until the applicable consent process is completed.

Bonding Curve Sales

024. What is a bonding curve sale?

A bonding curve sale uses a programmed pricing mechanism to determine token allocations as contributors purchase tokens. The price and allocation depend on the applicable curve and current on-chain sale state. RugFreePump uses this mechanism during its structured fundraising phase.

025. Can contributors sell tokens back into the bonding curve?

No. RugFreePump does not provide a standard bonding-curve sell-back operation during active fundraising. Contributors purchase token allocations and participate in the sale’s progress toward its fundraising threshold. Eligible withdrawals are a separate mechanism available under specific sale conditions.

026. How many tokens are created for each sale?

Every RugFreePump sale uses a fixed total supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens. The supply allocation is defined by the protocol rather than individually configured by creators.

027. What is the fundraising hard cap?

The hard cap is the fundraising threshold that a bonding curve sale must reach to complete successfully. The protocol uses a USD-referenced fundraising cap, currently $16,150. The corresponding SOL amount depends on the applicable SOL/USD pricing used by the protocol.

028. How long can a bonding curve sale remain active?

The current bonding curve sale lifetime is 24 hours. Creators cannot configure or modify the sale lifetime. Only authorized Platform administrators can update the default lifetime, up to a maximum of 48 hours. Each sale’s lifetime is set when it is created and remains fixed. A sale can complete and migrate earlier if it reaches its fundraising hard cap before expiration.

029. What happens if the hard cap is reached?

The sale becomes Completed. Ordinary bonding curve purchasing ends, and the sale becomes eligible for liquidity migration to Raydium CPMM. Completion does not mean that liquidity migration has already succeeded.

030. What happens if the hard cap is not reached?

If the sale’s lifetime expires before the fundraising threshold is reached, the sale becomes Expired. Eligible contributors can withdraw their contributed SOL through the protocol’s withdrawal mechanism.

031. Can a sale continue receiving purchases after its lifetime expires?

No. Once a sale has expired, ordinary bonding curve purchases are no longer available.

032. Does RugFreePump guarantee that every sale reaches its hard cap?

No. A sale may fail to attract enough contributions and expire without completing. The protocol provides defined outcomes for completed, expired, and exceptionally canceled sales, but does not guarantee fundraising success.

Sale Statuses

033. What do the different sale statuses mean?

RugFreePump uses the following sale statuses:

034. What is the normal sale lifecycle?

The normal successful lifecycle is: Live → Completed → Migrated A sale that fails to reach its threshold within its lifetime becomes Expired. A Completed sale may exceptionally become Canceled through an authorized procedure rather than migrating.

035. Can I purchase tokens from a Completed sale?

No. A Completed sale has ended its bonding curve purchasing stage.

036. Can I purchase tokens from a Migrated sale?

Not through the original bonding curve sale. After successful migration, tokens may be traded through the created Raydium liquidity pool or other compatible independent interfaces.

037. Can a Completed sale become Expired?

The ordinary expiration process applies to sales that fail to reach their hard cap during the active sale lifetime. A Completed sale instead enters the liquidity migration stage. The expiration of the creator’s migration reminder does not change the sale to Expired.

038. Can a Completed sale be canceled?

Yes, under exceptional circumstances. An authorized cancellation mechanism may be used when cancellation is considered necessary instead of proceeding with liquidity migration. Eligible contributors can then use the applicable withdrawal mechanism.

Token Sale Models: TU and TL

039. What are TU and TL?

RugFreePump supports two token sale models:
  • TU — Token Unlocked
  • TL — Token Locked
Both models use the same bonding curve fundraising mechanism. The difference is when purchased tokens become claimable after successful liquidity migration. Learn more in Token Sale Models.

040. What is the TU model?

Token Unlocked (TU) allows contributors to claim their entire purchased token allocation immediately after successful liquidity migration. There is no additional gradual unlock schedule. A claiming transaction is still required to transfer the tokens into the contributor’s wallet.

041. What is the TL model?

Token Locked (TL) releases purchased token allocations gradually according to a predefined unlock schedule. The schedule starts after successful liquidity migration. Contributors can claim the unlocked portion of their allocation as it becomes available.

042. What is the current TL unlock schedule?

The current default schedule for newly created TL sales is: An additional 10% becomes claimable every 30 minutes.

043. Do TL tokens start unlocking when I purchase them?

No. The unlock schedule starts only after successful liquidity migration. It does not start when the purchase is made or when the sale becomes Completed.

044. Do TL tokens start unlocking immediately after migration?

The schedule begins at successful migration, but the first 10% becomes claimable after the first completed unlock interval. Under the current default settings, that is 30 minutes after migration.

045. Can I claim all TL tokens immediately after migration?

No. You can claim only the portion that has unlocked according to the sale’s recorded schedule.

046. Do I have to claim tokens every 30 minutes?

No. You can wait and claim a larger accumulated unlocked amount later. For example, under the current default schedule, after 2 hours and 30 minutes, 50% of your purchased allocation is unlocked. If you have not claimed any tokens, that unlocked amount can be claimed in one transaction.

047. Can I claim the remaining unlocked tokens if I already made an earlier claim?

Yes. Previously claimed tokens are accounted for when determining the remaining amount available to claim. You cannot claim the same purchased allocation twice.

048. Can a Creator change the selected sale model later?

No. The Creator selects TU or TL when creating the sale. The selected model is permanently recorded for that sale and cannot be changed through the ordinary Creator workflow.

049. Can TL unlock settings change after a sale is created?

No. Each TL sale permanently records its applicable unlock settings at creation. Authorized administrators may update defaults for future sales, but existing sales retain their recorded schedules.

050. Does TL prevent selling after tokens are claimed?

No. TL controls when purchased token allocations become claimable. Once tokens have been successfully claimed into a wallet, the TL claiming schedule does not impose additional restrictions on transferring or trading those claimed tokens.

051. Which model should I choose?

The choice depends on your project’s intended token distribution approach. TU provides full purchased-token availability immediately after migration. TL provides gradual availability over a predefined period. Neither model guarantees price stability, liquidity, profitability, or project success.

Creating a Token

052. How do I create a token on RugFreePump?

Visit the Create Coin page, prepare your token information, select the token sale model, configure the sale lifetime, and complete the required initial Creator purchase. You must connect and authenticate a supported wallet and complete any required consent before submitting the transaction. For the full process, see Creating a Bonding Curve Sale.

053. Where is the Create Coin page?

You can open it from the Platform’s Create Coin navigation or visit: https://rugfreepump.com/create

054. What information do I need to create a coin?

Prepare the following:
  • Coin name.
  • Ticker symbol.
  • Coin image.
  • Description, if applicable.
  • Website and social-media links, if applicable.
  • Token sale model.
  • Sale lifetime.
  • SOL for the initial purchase and applicable transaction costs.

055. Is an initial Creator purchase required?

Yes. Every new bonding curve sale requires an initial Creator purchase as part of the creation process. The minimum purchase is based on approximately $1 USD worth of SOL, calculated using the applicable SOL/USD price. The purchase is subject to the protocol’s Buy Fee.

056. Why does RugFreePump require an initial Creator purchase?

The initial purchase is part of the token-creation workflow. It establishes the Creator’s first purchase allocation and contribution to the newly created sale. The same applicable bonding curve purchase rules govern that contribution.

057. How much SOL do I need to create a token?

Your wallet must have enough SOL to cover:
  1. The Bonding Curve Escrow Creation Fee.
  2. Required on-chain account rent.
  3. Your mandatory initial Creator purchase.
  4. The applicable Buy Fee.
  5. Solana network transaction fees and any relevant priority fees.
The exact SOL requirement depends on the applicable prices, fees, account requirements, and purchase amount.

058. What is the current token-creation protocol fee?

The current Bonding Curve Escrow Creation Fee is $5.00, calculated in SOL using the applicable protocol pricing. Other required costs are separate. See Protocol Fees.

059. Can I create a token without buying any tokens?

No. The initial Creator purchase is mandatory in the supported creation workflow.

060. Can I create multiple token sales?

The Platform supports separate token-creation transactions. Each successful creation establishes a distinct token and bonding curve sale with its own recorded configuration and lifecycle.

061. Can I change my coin’s name or ticker after creation?

The ordinary Creator workflow does not provide a general mechanism for editing original token metadata after creation. Review your coin name, ticker, image, description, and links carefully before approving the creation transaction.

062. Can I change the sale lifetime after creation?

The sale lifetime is configured and recorded when the sale is created. The ordinary Creator workflow does not provide a mechanism to extend or change the recorded lifetime of an existing sale.

063. Can I change the token supply?

No. The supported protocol uses a fixed supply of 1 billion tokens, with 800 million allocated to the bonding curve sale and 200 million reserved for liquidity. You should only submit content that you are legally entitled to use. Do not impersonate another project, falsely claim affiliation, or use protected artwork, branding, or other content without the necessary lawful basis. RugFreePump may suppress content from Platform-controlled interfaces when appropriate.

065. What happens after my creation transaction succeeds?

Your bonding curve sale becomes Live. The Platform prepares its sale page and makes the project available through the relevant discovery interfaces. There may be a short delay while the Platform processes and indexes the new on-chain information.

066. Why is my newly created token not appearing immediately?

The Platform’s indexer and metadata-processing systems may need time to synchronize after the creation transaction. If your transaction succeeded, allow the Platform to update and check the relevant blockchain transaction before attempting to create the same project again.

067. Can I delete my coin if I change my mind?

The ordinary Creator workflow does not provide a general mechanism to delete a token mint or reverse a completed creation transaction. A created sale follows the applicable on-chain lifecycle rules.

Creator Incentives and Liquidity Migration

068. What happens when my sale reaches its hard cap?

The sale becomes Completed. The Creator can then initiate liquidity migration to Raydium CPMM.

069. Who can normally migrate a Completed sale?

The wallet that originally created the coin is normally responsible for initiating liquidity migration. The Migrate liquidity button is available to the authenticated Creator when the sale is eligible. Other contributors cannot perform the normal Creator migration process.

070. Does RugFreePump automatically migrate every Completed sale?

No. The normal workflow requires the Creator to initiate the migration transaction. RugFreePump also maintains an authorized migration mechanism for exceptional circumstances, but this is not the normal process.

071. What is the 60-minute migration timer?

When a sale becomes Completed, the Platform displays a Time left to migrate countdown of approximately 60 minutes. The timer serves as a reminder and gives the Creator time to prepare launch announcements, communications, and other activities.

072. What happens if the migration timer reaches zero?

The timer does not automatically:
  • Migrate liquidity.
  • Expire the sale.
  • Cancel the sale.
  • Change its status.
  • Make contributions withdrawable.
The Creator can still initiate migration after the countdown ends.

073. Can I migrate liquidity before the timer ends?

Yes. The timer is a reminder, not a mandatory waiting period. An eligible Creator can initiate the supported migration transaction when the sale is Completed.

074. Does the Creator pay an additional RugFreePump migration fee?

RugFreePump does not charge the Creator an additional protocol fee simply to submit the normal migration transaction. The Creator needs sufficient SOL to cover the applicable Solana network transaction fee. The completed-sale fee, Creator Incentive where applicable, Raydium liquidity-pool creation allocation, and other applicable costs are processed from the sale’s raised funds during migration.

075. What happens during liquidity migration?

The migration transaction creates the intended liquidity pool on Raydium CPMM using the applicable raised SOL and the 200 million tokens reserved for liquidity. The protocol processes the applicable fee and incentive allocations and burns the resulting liquidity-provider tokens. When migration succeeds, the sale status becomes Migrated.

076. What is the Bonding Curve Escrow Completed Fee?

It is a protocol fee deducted from completed sale funds during liquidity processing. The current fee is 3%, subject to the protocol’s authorized configuration range. See Protocol Fees.

077. What is the Token Creator Incentive?

The Token Creator Incentive is a conditional allocation from completed sale funds that may be paid to the Creator during successful liquidity migration. The current incentive rate is 1% when the Creator Incentive Program applies.

078. Does every Creator receive the incentive?

No. The Creator Incentive Program can be enabled or disabled through the protocol’s authorized configuration. The applicable setting and rate are recorded when the sale is created. If the incentive was enabled for that sale, the applicable payment is processed during successful liquidity migration.

079. When is the Creator Incentive paid?

It is paid during the same successful transaction that migrates liquidity. It is not paid simply because the Creator created a token or because the sale became Completed.

080. Why does my wallet show incoming SOL during migration?

If the Creator Incentive applies, the migration transaction may include an incoming SOL payment to the Creator. This represents the applicable Creator Incentive rather than an additional charge against the Creator’s wallet balance.

081. What happens to the liquidity-provider tokens?

The LP tokens generated by the intended Raydium CPMM migration are automatically burned by the protocol. This prevents ordinary redemption of the migrated liquidity through those burned LP tokens.

082. Does burning LP tokens guarantee the token’s value?

No. LP token burning does not guarantee market demand, a particular trading price, price stability, or profitability.

083. What if liquidity migration fails?

Migration may fail because of unmet on-chain conditions, transaction errors, network problems, external protocol requirements, or other technical issues. A failed migration transaction does not establish that migration succeeded. The Creator should check the transaction result and seek official assistance when necessary.

084. Can RugFreePump assist with a delayed migration?

Yes, in exceptional circumstances. RugFreePump maintains an authorized migration mechanism that may be used when intervention is appropriate. This does not replace the Creator’s normal responsibility to migrate liquidity.

085. Can a Completed sale be canceled instead of migrated?

Yes. Under exceptional circumstances, authorized Platform administrators may cancel a Completed sale through the supported on-chain mechanism. Eligible contributors can then withdraw their contributed SOL according to the protocol’s rules.

086. Does migration automatically make purchased tokens appear in Buyers’ wallets?

No. Successful migration enables the claiming process. Buyers must initiate their own claim transactions, subject to the selected TU or TL sale model. For the complete migration process, see Migrating Raised Liquidity.

Buying Bonding Curve Sale Tokens

087. How do I buy tokens?

  1. Open a Live token-sale page.
  2. Review the token, sale model, hard cap, progress, and remaining lifetime.
  3. Connect and authenticate your wallet.
  4. Complete consent if required.
  5. Enter your purchase amount.
  6. Review the estimated token allocation, slippage, and transaction priority.
  7. Approve the purchase transaction.
  8. Wait for confirmation.
See Buying Bonding Curve Sale Tokens.

088. What currency do I use to purchase tokens?

Purchases are made using SOL. The protocol uses applicable SOL/USD oracle pricing for its USD-referenced bonding curve calculations.

089. What is the minimum purchase?

The on-chain minimum purchase is based on approximately $1 USD worth of SOL. The interface may apply additional validation or safety margins when preparing a transaction.

090. Is there a maximum purchase amount?

The maximum amount depends on the remaining sale capacity, your wallet balance, applicable fees, and on-chain transaction conditions. The maximum available purchase amount decreases as the sale approaches its hard cap.

091. What is the current Buy Fee?

The current protocol Buy Fee is 1%. The Buy Fee is deducted from the entered purchase amount, and the remaining amount becomes the net bonding curve contribution. Solana network fees and any applicable priority fees are separate.

092. What does the estimated token amount mean?

The purchase panel estimates the number of tokens you will receive based on the current bonding curve state and applicable pricing information. The final allocation is determined by the conditions accepted during on-chain execution.

093. Can the number of tokens I receive change before my transaction executes?

Yes. Other purchases may change the bonding curve state, and SOL/USD pricing may change. The transaction must satisfy the applicable on-chain execution and slippage conditions.

094. What is Max Slippage?

Max Slippage controls the permitted difference between expected purchase conditions and the conditions available during transaction execution. If the permitted conditions are exceeded, the transaction may be rejected. Higher slippage tolerance can permit a larger difference between expected and executed purchase conditions.

095. What does the Max button do?

The Max button sets the purchase amount to the maximum currently permitted by the interface, taking into account applicable wallet and sale limits. The permitted amount may change as the sale progresses.

096. What does the Reset button do?

Reset clears the entered purchase amount so you can enter a different value.

097. What is Transaction Priority?

Transaction Priority allows you to select an applicable priority-fee setting for your transaction. A higher priority fee may affect transaction processing priority, but it does not guarantee successful execution.

098. Why did my purchase fail?

Possible causes include:
  • The sale is no longer Live.
  • Insufficient SOL.
  • Purchase amount below the permitted minimum.
  • Insufficient remaining sale capacity.
  • Slippage conditions not being satisfied.
  • Unavailable or outdated SOL/USD oracle information.
  • Network or transaction execution problems.
  • Temporary maintenance restrictions.
Check the displayed transaction error and current sale state before retrying.

099. Can I cancel a purchase after it succeeds?

A completed on-chain purchase cannot ordinarily be reversed simply because you change your mind. Contribution withdrawals are available only under the applicable Expired or Canceled sale conditions.

100. Can I sell my purchased tokens during fundraising?

No. Purchased allocations remain under protocol-controlled custody during fundraising. There is no standard bonding-curve sell-back mechanism.

101. Do purchased tokens immediately appear in my wallet?

No. Your purchase is recorded on-chain, and the purchased allocation remains in protocol custody until the applicable claiming conditions are satisfied.

102. How do I know my purchase succeeded?

The Platform displays transaction confirmation information and a transaction link when the purchase succeeds. You can independently verify the transaction on Solana using the provided transaction signature. If the Platform has not yet updated, allow time for indexing and synchronization.

103. Can I make multiple purchases from the same sale?

Yes, while the sale remains Live and the purchases satisfy the applicable requirements. Your purchases contribute to your recorded allocation and contribution history.

104. What happens if I purchase just before the sale expires?

Your transaction must satisfy the sale’s active-state and other on-chain requirements when executed. Submitting a transaction before the countdown reaches zero does not guarantee that it will execute successfully.

Claiming Purchased Tokens

105. What does claiming mean?

Claiming transfers eligible purchased tokens from protocol-controlled custody into the Buyer’s wallet through a supported on-chain transaction.

106. When can I claim my tokens?

Claiming becomes available after successful liquidity migration.
  • TU: The entire purchased allocation becomes claimable immediately after migration.
  • TL: Purchased tokens become claimable gradually according to the recorded unlock schedule.

107. Can I claim tokens when a sale is Completed but not Migrated?

No. A Completed sale has reached its fundraising threshold, but successful liquidity migration is still required before ordinary token claiming becomes available.

108. Where can I find the Claim Token panel?

Open the relevant Migrated sale page while connected to the wallet used for the purchase. The claiming panel appears when the applicable participation and sale conditions are satisfied.

109. What does Available To Claim mean?

Available To Claim is the amount of purchased tokens currently eligible to be claimed, excluding tokens already claimed. For TL sales, this depends on the unlock schedule.

110. What does Total Claimable mean?

Total Claimable represents your total purchased token allocation for that sale.

111. What does Claimable Balance mean?

Claimable Balance represents your remaining unclaimed allocation. For TL sales, this can include tokens that have not yet unlocked. It is not necessarily the amount you can claim immediately.

112. What does Total Claimed mean?

Total Claimed is the amount of purchased tokens you have already received through successful claim transactions.

113. What does Fully Unlocked mean?

Fully Unlocked means the entire TL allocation has reached its scheduled unlock eligibility. It does not necessarily mean that the tokens have been transferred into your wallet.

114. What does Fully Claimed mean?

Fully Claimed means your purchased allocation has been fully claimed through the supported claiming process.

115. Can I claim TL tokens in several transactions?

Yes. You can claim eligible unlocked amounts over multiple transactions or wait until a larger amount becomes available. Each separate claim requires its own applicable network transaction fee.

116. Do I have to claim tokens immediately after they unlock?

No. Unclaimed unlocked tokens remain eligible for later claiming under the applicable protocol conditions.

117. Is there a RugFreePump protocol fee for claiming?

No. RugFreePump currently charges zero protocol fees for token claims. Solana network transaction fees and applicable token-account creation costs may still apply.

118. Why is my Available To Claim amount zero?

Possible reasons include:
  • The sale has not successfully migrated.
  • The next TL unlock interval has not completed.
  • You already claimed the currently unlocked allocation.
  • The connected wallet does not match the purchasing wallet.
  • The Platform’s displayed data has not synchronized.

119. Why is the Claim Token panel missing?

The panel is shown only when the relevant conditions are satisfied, including the sale’s Migrated status and the connected wallet’s recorded purchase allocation. If you are not logged in with the participating wallet, the panel may remain hidden.

120. What if my claim transaction times out?

A confirmation timeout does not necessarily mean the transaction failed. Use the provided transaction link to check the transaction status before submitting another claim.

121. What if the claim succeeds but my balance does not update?

Allow time for the Platform’s indexer and wallet interface to synchronize. Verify the transaction on Solana if necessary.

122. Can token claiming be temporarily unavailable?

Yes. Platform maintenance or other technical conditions may temporarily restrict claiming through the RugFreePump interface. The interface may display Claims are temporarily unavailable. For full instructions, see Claiming Purchased Tokens.

Withdrawing Contributed SOL

123. When can I withdraw my contributed SOL?

Withdrawals are available when a sale becomes:
  • Expired, because it did not reach its hard cap before the sale lifetime ended.
  • Canceled, through the supported authorized cancellation mechanism.
Withdrawals are governed by the protocol’s on-chain eligibility and contribution accounting rules.

124. Can I withdraw SOL while a sale is Live?

No. RugFreePump does not provide an ordinary contribution withdrawal or bonding-curve sell-back mechanism while the sale remains Live.

125. Can I withdraw SOL from a Completed sale?

Not simply because the sale is awaiting liquidity migration. The Creator’s migration countdown reaching zero does not make the sale withdrawable. If a Completed sale is exceptionally Canceled, eligible withdrawals become available under the applicable protocol rules.

126. Can I withdraw SOL after a sale becomes Migrated?

No. A Migrated sale does not become withdrawable through the ordinary bonding curve withdrawal mechanism. Buyers instead follow the applicable token claiming process.

127. Where can I find the Withdraw SOL button?

Open the relevant Expired or Canceled sale page using the wallet that originally contributed. The Withdraw SOL card appears when the applicable sale and wallet conditions are satisfied.

128. What does Available To Withdraw mean?

Available To Withdraw is the amount of contributed SOL currently eligible for withdrawal according to the applicable contribution accounting.

129. What withdrawal statuses can appear?

The withdrawal interface can display:
  • Available
  • Pending
  • Completed
After a successful withdrawal, the available amount becomes zero, and the interface indicates completion.

130. Does RugFreePump charge a withdrawal fee?

No. RugFreePump currently charges zero additional protocol withdrawal fees. You still need enough SOL to pay the applicable Solana network transaction fee.

131. Are previously paid Buy Fees refunded?

No. The Buy Fee collected during the original purchase is not included in the refundable net contribution. Previously incurred Solana network transaction fees are also not refunded through the ordinary withdrawal mechanism.

132. Do I receive my tokens when I withdraw?

No. Withdrawal resolves the eligible contribution according to the protocol’s withdrawal rules. It is not a token-claiming operation.

133. Can I withdraw using a different wallet?

The ordinary withdrawal process requires the wallet associated with the eligible contribution. Connecting an unrelated wallet does not transfer the original contributor’s withdrawal entitlement.

134. Why is the Withdraw SOL button missing?

Check whether:
  • The sale is officially Expired or Canceled.
  • You are connected to the wallet that made the contribution.
  • The relevant contribution is recorded.
  • The Platform has synchronized the latest sale information.

135. What if my withdrawal transaction fails?

Check your wallet balance, sale status, transaction result, and any maintenance message. If the transaction confirmation times out, use the provided transaction link to verify its status before retrying.

136. Can withdrawals be temporarily unavailable?

Yes. During maintenance, the interface may display Withdrawals are temporarily unavailable. For the complete withdrawal process, see Withdrawing Contributed SOL.

Protocol Fees and Transaction Costs

137. What protocol fees does RugFreePump currently charge?

The current protocol fee configuration is: The Token Creator Incentive is a conditional payment to the Creator rather than an additional charge paid directly by the Creator during migration.

138. Can protocol fees change?

Yes. Authorized protocol administrators may update configurable fees within the applicable on-chain limits. The displayed values represent the current documented configuration.

139. Are protocol fees the same as Solana network fees?

No. Protocol fees are collected or allocated according to RugFreePump’s on-chain rules. Solana network fees are paid for blockchain transaction processing. Certain operations may also involve account rent, token-account creation costs, or priority fees.

140. Are claiming and withdrawals free?

RugFreePump currently charges zero additional protocol fees for claiming purchased tokens and withdrawing eligible SOL contributions. However, applicable Solana network fees and account-related costs may still apply.

141. Who pays the Raydium liquidity pool creation allocation?

The applicable Raydium liquidity pool creation allocation is processed from the completed sale’s raised funds during migration. The Creator does not separately pay this allocation from their wallet as an additional RugFreePump migration charge.

142. Where can I find the full fee information?

See Protocol Fees for the current values and authorized update ranges.

Project Discovery and Statistics

The Featured section highlights projects according to RugFreePump’s discovery and ranking calculations. Featured placement is not a guarantee of project quality, legitimacy, or future performance. The Trending section ranks projects using the Platform’s applicable activity-based calculations. Rankings can change as project activity and other ranking factors change.

145. Why does a project’s ranking change?

Rankings are recalculated as relevant Platform activity changes. New purchases, recent volume, and changes in other projects’ activity can affect a project’s relative position. No. Rankings are discovery features, not independent project verification or investment recommendations.

147. What information can I find on a token-sale page?

A sale page can display information such as:
  • Token name, symbol, and mint address.
  • Creator and bonding curve pool information.
  • Token sale model.
  • Sale status.
  • Hard cap and fundraising progress.
  • Raised SOL and USD values.
  • Tokens sold.
  • Total buyers.
  • Sale start and expiration times.
  • Contribution history.
  • Top holders.
  • TL unlock information, where applicable.
  • Liquidity migration and claiming information.
Some information depends on the current sale state.

148. What is the mint address?

The mint address is the unique on-chain identifier for a Solana token. Different tokens can use identical or similar names, symbols, and images. Always verify the mint address when identifying a token.

149. What is the bonding curve pool address?

The bonding curve pool address identifies the on-chain account associated with the sale’s protocol state. It is distinct from the token mint address.

150. Are RugFreePump statistics updated in real time?

RugFreePump uses indexing and real-time communication infrastructure to provide frequently updated information. Temporary delays, connection interruptions, or synchronization differences may occur.

151. Why does the Platform show a different value from the blockchain?

Possible reasons include:
  • Indexing delays.
  • Pending transaction confirmation.
  • Rounding or display formatting.
  • SOL/USD price updates.
  • Temporary synchronization issues.
The on-chain program and blockchain records determine the authoritative financial state.

152. Can I verify a transaction independently?

Yes. You can use a transaction signature or relevant Solana account address to inspect public blockchain records through a compatible explorer. The Platform also provides transaction links for supported operations.

Reward Program

153. What is the RugFreePump Reward Program?

The Reward Program distributes a portion of eligible Platform revenue to qualifying participants based on their recorded activity. It has two independent categories:
  • Buyers Reward Pool
  • Creators Reward Pool
See Reward Program.

154. Who can participate in Buyer rewards?

Wallets that purchase tokens through RugFreePump bonding curve sales during a reward period participate in the Buyers category. Buyer ranking is based on qualifying SOL purchase volume during that period.

155. Who can participate in Creator rewards?

Creators participate in the Creators category when they successfully migrate completed bonding curve sales to Raydium CPMM during the reward period.

156. Can one wallet participate in both reward categories?

Yes. A Creator can also participate in the Buyers category through qualifying purchases. The two categories are calculated independently.

157. How long does a reward period last?

Each reward period lasts 28 days. Activity and revenue are measured separately for each period. Activity from a previous period does not carry forward into the next period’s ranking calculations.

158. What percentage of Platform revenue is allocated to rewards?

The current Reward Program allocates 10% of eligible reward-period Platform revenue. The percentages apply to the revenue categories included in the Reward Program calculations.

159. Which Platform fees contribute to the reward pools?

The included revenue categories are:
  • Bonding Curve Escrow Creation Fee.
  • Buy Fee.
  • Bonding Curve Escrow Completed Fee.
The Token Creator Incentive and Raydium Liquidity Pool Creation Fee are excluded from Reward Program revenue calculations.

160. How are Buyers ranked?

Buyers are ranked according to their qualifying SOL purchase volume during the reward period. Higher purchase volume results in a higher ranking. The ranking uses SOL volume rather than USD-equivalent purchase volume.

161. How are Creators ranked?

Creators are ranked primarily by their number of successful liquidity migrations during the reward period. When Creators have equal migration counts, higher qualifying purchase volume is used as a ranking tiebreaker.

162. How are Buyer rewards calculated?

The Buyers Reward Pool is distributed proportionally among qualified Buyers according to their purchase volume. Your final reward depends on your qualifying purchase volume relative to the combined volume of all qualified Buyers.

163. How are Creator rewards calculated?

The Creators Reward Pool is distributed proportionally among qualified Creators according to their successful migration counts. Purchase volume can break ranking ties but does not determine the Creator reward amount.

164. Does everyone who participates receive a reward?

No. Each reward category has a predetermined Qualified Participant Count. Only the highest-ranked participants occupying the qualifying positions at finalization qualify for that category’s reward pool.

165. What is the Qualified Participant Count?

It is the number of highest-ranked participants who can qualify for rewards in a particular category. The count is established before each reward period begins and remains fixed throughout that period. Buyer and Creator categories have separate qualifying counts.

166. Can my leaderboard rank change during the reward period?

Yes. Rankings change as participants generate qualifying activity. You may move into or out of the qualifying positions before the period ends.

167. How frequently does the reward leaderboard update?

Temporary leaderboard information is refreshed approximately every 60 seconds. The live leaderboard may show current rankings, qualifying activity, and estimated rewards.

168. Is my estimated reward guaranteed?

No. Live estimates can change as revenue, rankings, and participant activity change. Final rewards are determined when the reward period is finalized.

169. What happens when a reward period ends?

RugFreePump finalizes the relevant activity, revenue, rankings, qualified participants, and reward amounts. A permanent reward snapshot is created for the completed period.

170. Can my finalized reward amount change after the permanent snapshot?

The permanent reward snapshot fixes the finalized reward amounts for that reward period. Temporary estimates shown before finalization are not the final result.

171. Do I need to claim my reward manually?

No. Reward distributions are performed through RugFreePump’s authorized distribution process. Qualified participants do not need to submit a separate reward-claim transaction.

172. When are rewards distributed?

Distribution may occur on the same day as finalization, the following day, or within several days in exceptional circumstances. A specific payout time is not guaranteed.

173. Can Buyer rewards and Creator rewards be distributed at different times?

Yes. The two reward categories are processed and tracked independently. One category may finish distribution before the other.

174. What does Fully Rewarded mean?

Fully Rewarded means all finalized rewards for the relevant reward category have been distributed. A reward period can be finalized even if some distributions are still pending.

175. How can I verify a reward payment?

After distribution, the reward history may show the distribution time and Solana transaction signature. You can use the transaction signature to verify the payment on-chain.

176. What does All Time Rewarded mean?

All Time Rewarded represents the cumulative amount of Reward Program rewards distributed across completed reward periods.

177. Do I have to use the official RugFreePump website to qualify for rewards?

Not necessarily. The Reward Program measures qualifying activity recorded by the RugFreePump on-chain program. Eligible activity performed through compatible external interfaces may also count. The determining factor is the qualifying on-chain activity, not which interface submitted it.

Security and Safety

178. Is RugFreePump completely rug-proof?

No. The name RugFreePump reflects the project’s design objective, not a guarantee that every token or Creator is free from risk. The protocol reduces certain risks through its structured fundraising mechanism, token custody rules, defined sale outcomes, and liquidity migration process. However, technical failures, malicious activity, market losses, and Creator-related risks remain possible.

179. Can a Creator sell purchased tokens back into the bonding curve during fundraising?

No. The standard bonding-curve sell-back mechanism is not available during the active fundraising phase. This restriction applies to the fundraising mechanism rather than guaranteeing future market behavior.

180. Can a Creator abandon a project after migration?

Yes. RugFreePump cannot guarantee that a Creator will continue developing a project, maintain community activity, or deliver promised milestones. Research projects carefully before contributing.

181. Does RugFreePump verify every Creator’s identity?

No. A token appearing on RugFreePump does not mean its Creator has undergone independent identity or business verification.

182. Does RugFreePump guarantee that tokens will increase in value?

No. Tokens may lose significant or nearly all of their value after migration. The bonding curve, selected sale model, and liquidity migration mechanism do not guarantee profitable trading.

183. Is the RugFreePump on-chain program upgradeable?

Yes. The RugFreePump on-chain program is currently upgradeable. Authorized upgrades may change program behavior, and upgrade authority introduces additional security and administrative risks.

184. Is RugFreePump controlled by a multisignature wallet?

Not currently. RugFreePump operates under a single-operator administrative structure. Multisignature authorization is a planned future security improvement, not a currently active protection.

185. Has RugFreePump completed a formal third-party security audit?

No. The current documentation states that RugFreePump has not yet completed a formal third-party security audit. A professional audit is planned for a future stage.

186. Can liquidity migration experience technical problems?

Yes. Liquidity migration depends on the Solana blockchain, the RugFreePump program, required accounts, and Raydium CPMM. Technical incompatibilities, transaction failures, or other exceptional conditions can delay or prevent normal migration.

187. Can RugFreePump restrict suspicious or misleading token information?

Yes. RugFreePump has administrative controls to selectively suppress seven Creator-submitted metadata fields from its Platform-controlled database:
  • Token name.
  • Token symbol.
  • Token image.
  • Token description.
  • Website link.
  • X link.
  • Telegram link.
These fields can be suppressed independently.

188. What happens when token information is suppressed?

The Platform displays:
  • Not Available for suppressed names.
  • Not Available for suppressed symbols.
  • A neutral placeholder icon for suppressed images.
Suppressed descriptions and external links are hidden. These changes affect Platform-controlled displays and database records. They do not automatically modify original on-chain metadata or third-party copies.

189. Can RugFreePump remove a token from the Solana blockchain?

RugFreePump’s ordinary metadata moderation controls do not delete token mints or erase finalized blockchain transactions. The Platform cannot guarantee removal of token information independently maintained by blockchain explorers, wallets, decentralized storage providers, or other third-party services.

190. Can RugFreePump reverse a transaction I approved?

Finalized Solana transactions generally cannot be arbitrarily reversed. Always verify transaction details before approving them.

191. How can I avoid fake tokens?

Verify the token’s mint address rather than relying only on its name, ticker, image, or social-media links. Scammers can imitate legitimate projects using similar branding.

192. How can I avoid phishing websites?

Always verify the official website address before connecting your wallet. Be cautious of links shared through private messages, social media, advertisements, and unofficial support accounts. A website that looks identical to RugFreePump is not necessarily legitimate.

193. Will RugFreePump ever ask for my recovery phrase?

No. RugFreePump does not require your recovery phrase, private key, or wallet password to create tokens, purchase tokens, migrate liquidity, claim tokens, withdraw SOL, or resolve ordinary transaction problems. Anyone asking for these credentials should be treated as suspicious.

194. What should I do if my wallet credentials are exposed?

Treat the wallet as compromised. Create a new wallet using new recovery credentials and move remaining assets to the new wallet as quickly and safely as possible. Stop using the compromised credentials.

195. Where can I read more about security and risks?

See:

Troubleshooting and Support

196. Why is my wallet not connecting?

Possible causes include:
  • Phantom or Solflare is not installed or available.
  • Your wallet application is outdated.
  • The connection request was rejected.
  • The browser or wallet provider is experiencing a problem.
  • A previous wallet session was interrupted.
Check your wallet provider and browser before retrying.

197. Why does my transaction remain pending?

Transaction processing can be affected by network conditions, confirmation delays, wallet behavior, or temporary infrastructure issues. Check the transaction signature through a compatible Solana explorer before submitting another transaction.

198. What does Transaction Confirmation Timeout mean?

It means the Platform did not receive the expected confirmation within its monitoring period. It does not necessarily mean the blockchain transaction failed. Use the provided transaction link to verify its status.

199. Why does the Platform show Transaction Failed?

The transaction did not satisfy the required execution conditions or encountered another failure. Review the error, wallet balance, current sale state, and applicable transaction requirements before retrying.

200. Why is a transaction button disabled?

A button may be unavailable because:
  • Your wallet is not connected.
  • Authentication or consent is incomplete.
  • The sale is in an ineligible state.
  • The relevant action is not available for your wallet.
  • The required amount or balance is insufficient.
  • Platform maintenance temporarily restricts the operation.
Check the relevant page message for more information.

201. What if my transaction succeeded but the Platform still shows old information?

The Platform’s indexer may not yet have processed the latest blockchain transaction. Wait briefly and refresh the page. The authoritative transaction and account state can be verified on Solana.

202. What should I do if I cannot claim or withdraw despite meeting the requirements?

First, confirm that:
  • You are connected to the correct wallet.
  • The sale is in the required state.
  • The relevant amount is available.
  • Your wallet contains enough SOL for network fees.
  • The operation is not temporarily restricted by maintenance.
If the problem continues, contact RugFreePump Support through the official Platform channels.

203. Where can I find detailed instructions?
